One downfall was I had to wait for quite a long time for my in the go order. There was 2 days in front of me but only one employee. My hashbrowns and coffee came out hot thankfully. Too bad the staff didn't have any help.

There are five+ Dunkins on Russell Street between Amherst and Northampton. This one takes the cake, or in their case the coffee. They have the friendliest staff. They are always on point. They got a customer for life.

I have to leave a review. I asked for a toasted bagel, brown on the face, with butter, in the drive through… and got EXACTLY what I asked for. (Along with the drinks) Very appreciative! 😎

The ladies working at this Dunkin’ when I was there had phenomenal customer service. Way beyond what I expected at a Dunkin Donuts. When there was a miscommunication about my order (which was 100% my fault) they bent over backwards to fix it. Will definitely be coming back to this branch again!

This location is great. I think the girl on sandwichs was Josie (my apologies if not) but she was training someone and I overheard her response to a question was "I like fresh, I like to serve fresh" even better she was working on my order at the time so I know it's fresh. Great attitude. Highly recommended.
