It's okay, I'd rather support a local small business like this one than a Starbucks or Panera that destroys them, but I had to wait 25 minute for a simple latte at a time when there were few customers. When the latte was finally ready, it was very good! Thanks! And the person taking my order was very friendly.Atmosphere: informal, seems primarily like a college undergrad hang-out and study place.Unfortunately, the place was trashed. The best coffee, food and service in Hadley! Always enjoy going here for high quality breakfast and lunch, fast and reliable service which is amazingly competent, considerate, and courteous, and fast. This cozy place is a real treat with platinum level standards.
