Upon suggestion of the cashier, I decided to try one of their burgers for the first time. OMG, the chipotle burger is SO good. I'm not even vegan. It could not have been better. Best burger in the valley. I got their housemade black bean. Perfectly balanced in texture, flavor, My mouth is watering just thinking it about it now. I raved about it afterwards in the car to my partner.

I have really enjoyed the few meals I have had here. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the cosy, fireside atmosphere always makes it feel special. It’s a bit frustrating that it closes so early on an evening (7pm) as it can make it feel like a bit of a rush to get there after work. But the friendly waiting staff never make me feel like I need to be leaving any earlier than would feel comfortable.

most beautiful cafe in the valley! love how peaceful + light-filled it is, with outdoor seating in warm weather + the perfect pina colada smoothie. in these colder days, the fireplace is a treat + I love their daily soups. year-round favorite is the fresh pressed juices + agua frescas in hard to find blends like tamarindo. brava!

I am sorry to see there was such a poor review on here for Pulse because we love it there! Recently, my four-year-old son and I drove down from Brattleboro, Vermont because we love the food so much. I got the All American Burger and my son got the Margarita Pizza. We got an Oreo cupcake to go. You can get smoothies and juice too. We have a vegan place in Brattleboro but honestly, it's not as tasty as Pulse. We've been to Pulse four times now in the past year (we'd go more if it were closer!) and we have never been disappointed. The atmosphere is very pleasant and spacious too and the tidy. Oh and you can get food to go in their refridgerated section too!! You should seriously check it out in the area (and by area I mean, within an hours drive)...it's worth it!

I am by no means a vegetarian or vegan, but I came here with a vegetarian friend and ordered the chicken and waffles. I was pleasantly surprised at just how well made the food was and how close it got to the real thing. The space was really nice, with plenty of seating and the portions were good as well. Only thing is that they close too early (7pm) to really be able to get dinner here, so its mostly a lunch spot, which is not ideal. If they were able to stay open an hour later, until 8 or so, this could change the game.

Only thing that used to be a problem for me were the inconvenient hours and it’s pricy $ , but you get what you pay for! So happy pulse cafe exists 🌱💕

I was rolling through town and was looking forward to trying Pulse.
Got there when they opened at 11 and theres a sign that says NO pizza untill 3....which also included calzones and garlic knots.
I even tried to check their social media for any updated changes(which hasnt been updated sinc July...REALLY?), because I run into stuff like this a a lot while trying to try places on Happy Cow.
Well, I cant wait all day for pizza do I tried some premade stuff from the fridge. Had to try some of it cold cuz I was hungry and will be on the road for 3 hours.
Stuff was kinda meh, maybe cuz it was cold. The chickn salad was WAY TOO much mayo for my liking.
Anyway, I may try again in the future if Im ever in the area...but Id call first for sure before making a special trip !!!!
