The staff was friendly and efficient since we were traveling and did not want to waste any time, but needed a caffein fix. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. I have save this Starbucks as a favorite and will be returning here.

Definitely a good and busy Starbucks especially as it’s near a group of hotels.
Service whether in store or via app ordering is great; there were times the size of a drink was incorrect and staff fix it when brought up.
Very clean location with friendly and upbeat staff.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to the amazing team at the Starbucks on Russell Street in Hadley, especially the drive-thru crew! Every time I come through, the employees are always so friendly and welcoming.
There’s one barista in particular—he’s usually there at night, closing—who is just the absolute sweetest. I don’t know his name, but he always makes my day with his kindness and great energy. Seriously, love him!
