Very rude, incompetent staff. Seems to be the only Dunkin’ where you have to specify that you want a hot sandwich to be hot, as if you don’t, it will feel as warm as if it had just been sitting on the countertop for a couple hours. Staff is rude, saying there isn’t anything they can do, yet they are the only Dunkin’ location that seems to have this problem. Maybe they should try adjusting the settings on their toaster and actually heat up the bacon and eggs.
