“Shout out to Nicole! I avoid caffeine due to health issues and most Dunkin locations either tell me they don't have decaf lattes at all or there's a few others that have lied to me saying they do have it and then given me regular anyway (which I CAN tell the difference and one of the locations even admitted to me one day when I complained that if I was ever told they had decaf then someone lied to me because they don't carry decaf for lattes. Decaf is so frequently dismissed and overlooked or just not taken seriously as being a legitimate need for someone with caffeine issues/sensitivity... but I got a decaf dunkalatte yesterday at this location and I really felt like Nicole took the time and really understands the importance of decaf being decaf because for some it's not just a preference, it's a legit health concern. Nicole really understands and cares about her customers and it shows. It means so much to me, I will definitely visit this location more often. Thank you!!”

“Tried for first time with my wife, we both loved our Bahn mi sandwiches! Requested hot peppers on them, and there was just the right amount (we both like hot and spicy). Lot's of fresh ingredients, filled us up too and we're both good eaters. Nice staff, we'll be back!”

“Hi Mal & Team! Visited Mal's for the first time this past Saturday after driving by so very many times! I am a breakfast fan so was very pleased with the Steak Bomb Omelet and the homemade Hash!! Took home enough for breakfast on Sunday. I was not only impressed with the QUALITY of your food...but the service and the atmosphere. I knew that when I stopped by and saw the wait that it would be good. Actually you moved your guests in and we did not even wait 15 minutes. Kiel, my son, went to pick them up and the order was not there, they were given to someone else by mistake and only one cinnamon roll was left in the shop. Elena called me, she not only rectified the situation she went above and beyond. After having a Birthday dinner for her son she not only baked us our cinnamon roll order but she threw a few extra surprises in the bag! And did I mention that she delivered them to my door!!
