I worked here and behind the counter is nasty they keep everything a secret from you never tell you there are flys storming around your donuts when you order them not just that there bagels are in the open never covered welcome to flys sticking to your food!! Simi friendly staff but assume why to much about your personality that’s why they fired me because they somehow convinced upper management I was a down right bad employee when in all respect I am a nice professional guy...read full review
Very busy, but staff is hard working and polite. Orders are occasionally wrong, but can easily be corrected. I am here probably 3-4 times a week and rarely have a negative experience.

Cashier was very friendly and efficient, the man making the coffee and sandwiches... I'm at a loss for words..... I've never waited so long for two coffees at a Dunkin's in my life, and no there was no one else in front of me waiting for anything. He finally hands me my coffee's and I thank him and ask for a tray....he turns his back and starts to make an English muffin never acknowledged me.I'm not from the area and felt a little dumb when I noticed the trays on the counter...read full review
