“The menu seems somewhat limited but the options they have on there make it so hard to choose out of all the delicious options. The food was beyond flavorful, very tender, and filling. The employees/owners are very kind, friendly, inviting, and have a lighthearted sense of humor. The location is beside the museum so parking can SOMETIMES be an issue but never a severe issue. “Once a week I get to visit the Little Truc and it is always one of the highlights. The ambience of the restaurant is quite delightful, it’s a nice relaxed setting that makes it very easy to enjoy a meal. Over my times there, I believe I’ve tried every menu on the drink and all of them have been fantastic. The Sophia‘s sour is one of the best adult beverages I’ve had. The passion fruit meshes perfectly with the Mezcal. The food. The food. My goodness there are no words that could do justice to how incredible the flavors are. The menu has come constant dishes, the milk bread is a favorite of anyone I’ve brought, but keep the menu very fresh with lots of new choices. Their current special of pad horapa neua gae is quite possibly the best dish in the world. Their current special texture of the lamb is balanced by a spice that is the definition of perfection. It’s a spice that’ll build slowly and just right. I’ll order this dish once a week until they take it off their menu. This is the best restaurant in Western Massachusetts, and so far, in the entire state.“

“Cattle & Cornbread catered our Jack & Jill for us and we were blown away at the service and quality of the food. From the very beginning Steve was extremely easy to work with. We were able to share our vision with him and he made it come to life. He made the most incredible charcuterie spread as an appetizer to start and the rest of the dinner was cooked to perfection. We received so many compliments on the food! Hats off to Steve for his professionalism and his craft in the kitchen. We are so thankful for his hard work & dedication to our special event. “We hired the Thai Chili team for our engagement party. They were kind, efficient, and incredibly professional. Most importantly the food was fantastic! Our guests especially loved the crab rangoon and chicken salad. The Thai tea and matcha crème brûlée were also big hits. It was such a wonderful way to enjoy time with our guests without the usual stress of cooking or the limitations of a restaurant setting. We’ve been fans of their food for a while, so we knew we were in good hands and could just relax and focus on celebrating. Supi and her team even saved the day by helping us quickly move everything to our covered patio just before the rain hit.
