“Hands down best Valentine's dinner my girlfriend and I have ever had! Lee is an unbelievable Chief. Sat down to a 5 course meal, unbelievable service, everyone was super friendly and inviting. We appreciated the great conversations and lovely pictures taken by Christine Strickland. We started off with delicious soup, followed up by an amazing fresh fruit and spinach salad. Main course surf and turf. I'm a huge steak fan and I can say one of the best I've had in a long time. Extremely tender and flavorful. Following the meal was a delicious cheese and fruit board of a delightful selection. Lastly ended off the night with a delicious chocolate cake. Food was cooked to perfection. Will absolutely be fact in the future. Highly recommend, anyone looking for an intimate and memorable dining experience Chef's Kitchen on Main is the place!“

“My Mom ordered me some food from here via UberEats. When I looked up the menu, I was quite skeptical due to it being Afro Caribbean. I am usually very particular about Jamaican food, and I know that Sentie (The Owner) is Ugandan, so I was like "what y'all know about Jamaican food! 😭😁😂 PEOPLE. THIS PLACE IS BANGIN'. I had the beef patty. Upon first glance, it looks like any other royal crust or typical Jamaican patty, but the dough was so soft, fried just right, not too flaky and the filling was definitely freshly made that day. You could even see the fresh pepper and seasoning within the filling. The heat was just right. Not too spicy. JUST RIGHT! Next, I cracked open the BBQ Beef Ribs. OH. MY. GOD. They were DELECTABLE. Every rib had a nice hunk of meat on it with minimal fat. They were well marinated-- but not overly salty at all and had this honey like glaze that gave a wonderful flavor profile to the meat. The marinade, contrasting with the sweetness and stickiness of the sauce almost had me licking the inside of the bag! Next, was the Rasta Pasta-- I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS IN THIS SAUCE, BUT WHATEVER IT IS, SHOULD BE ILLEGAL! I was so full, but took down half of that container effortlessly. Last but not least, was the jerk pork. This was chopped up almost like a Haitian griot, which was very different. The jerk had a dominating, strong flavor, but was not burning my whole face off. Spice was JUST RIGHT. I also must say, all of the cuts of meat they use are good quality. Soft, tender hunks of meat. Everything was 10/10. No complaints. I can't wait to order again and try some traditional Ugandan food!“

We commissioned this to celebrate the birth of a friend’s baby girl— and couldn’t be happier. Laura turned this around in record time, which is pretty astonishing because, as you can see, the amount of handwork here is staggering. There are so many details to be appreciated here: lace trims, appliqué flowers, charms, paper insertions and bookmarks, even a handwritten note congratulating the parents on the birth of their baby girl, a very thoughtful addition. The cover features a clipped door that opens to reveal a card with the child’s name and details regarding her birth. Laura very clearly spent a lot of time creating this special, one-of-a-kind gift, and it shows. It’s entirely made by hand and every bit of paper, trim, and decorative element was considered. “We don’t know where to begin to thank Peppers Artful Events for all the work they put into our wedding, and how over-the-moon we were with their care and detail. My husband and I were married at the New England Botanic Garden in May 2025. We had a very specific vision of the day, and after meeting with Peppers, we quickly realized that they were far more than a catering team. Their team provided us artful advice on how to make our vision come to life. We wanted very creative, feast-like and "painterly" tables capes that were inspired by art, and they were so hands-on with setting up our vision (which included a lot of edible decor!). The FOOD, oh my gosh I will never stop thinking of it. Our first tasting included a tour of their hydroponic garden where they showed us all of the veggies that would be grown to feed our guests. We were floored. They helped us curate a menu that honored both of our cultural traditions, Italian and Spanish. Their menu featured artfully-presented entrees, appetizers, a memorable collection of signature cocktails, and a guest-interactive cannoli bar. Our guests have not stopped talking about how fantastic the service and food was. If we could get married a million times over, we’d pick the Peppers team each time. “I used to come here all the time as a kid with my grandparents, even now as a grown adult I bring my partner here. I've never had any issues with food or service, everything is subpar. I love the western omelet and the home fries, its cozy and friendly on the inside, the kinda place you can go to meet up with an old friend! Service is fast and waitresses are kind! This is the kinda place you could bring your whole family to.

“It was me and my partners first time dining here. It was a holiday so even with a reservation there was a good 15-25min wait. Very reasonable being it was Valentines Day. Server was really nice, energetic and understanding. Food was amazing ordered about 2 entrees appetizer and dessert for a great price . Our server didn't rush at all and gave us to go boxes because we ate prior so we took a lot home . She asked us if everything was alright because we barely touched it but we took everything home and enjoyed the night out as a vibe . 10/10“
