“Central Public House is a fantastic eating spot. The food is absolutely delicious, the staff is very attentive and the building itself is gorgeous.I've been to the restaurant a few times and some of the food I've ordered was the Spicy Caesar Salad, the hummus, the spinach and artichoke dip and the creme brulee. All of the meals were not only delicious but it's clear that CPH uses fresh ingredients. I typically order salads at restaurants and you usually expect a few damper pieces of lettuce, but the Caesar is always fresh and crunchy, the dressing well distributed, a perfect amount of parmesan and fun spicy kick to make the dish unique. Definitely my go to meal!The apps are also fantastic. The pita bread is great for dipping and has a wonderful texture. They also go great with both the hummus and artichoke dips. Both these dips are well seasoned, have a great consistency and honestly their hummus is some of the best I've ever had.Lastly the creme brulee is always lovely, great consistency and the burnt sugar on the top is always such a fun treat!Regarding drinks, CPH has a great selection of alcohol. The cans of ciders and beers they have stocked are from a great selection of local breweries, Jacks Abby, Downeast and Night Shift to name a few. And then there's the mixed drinks! They have a fun selection of cocktails. I absolutely love the brown sugar old fashioned. It's definitely one of my favorites.The staff is also phenomenal. All of their waiters and waitresses are attentive and always have a kind attitude. They're great about checking in when you need things.The kitchen crew is very talented and always keeping up the quality of their dishes while still getting food out at a fast pace. They really nail down the recipes even while changing out the menu every few weeks. It creates a fun enviornment for patrons because there's always something new and fun to try, but still always made with the same phenomenal quality.It's also nice to see how active the manager is on site. He's always running food to tables, checking in with guests and even running take out orders. It really speaks to the quality of the staff running the building.And speaking of the building, it's beautifully designed and well constructed! The bar is absolutely gorgeous and the seating is very comfortable. Eating next to the large windows brings in a lot of natural light which adds a nice aesthetic to your dining experience. The kitchen even has a window you can watch through to see the kitchen staff hard at work as they make your food.I would highly recommend Central Public House, between the fantastic food, amazing staff and just an absolutely fun atmosphere. You won't regret spending an evening here.“

I make a point of going there at least once a week. They have a great selection of ready-to-slice meats and cheeses; they have delicious prepared meals; they have pasta and potato salads; soups, when they can... They also have seasonal fresh produce.“

“Stumbled into this restaurant today by accident, and left wondering how soon I could get back there. Absolutely the best-tasting food I have ordered in most of New England. The servings are generous, the menu extensive, the ingredients fresh and perfectly seasoned. One of our group is a picky eater and she couldn’t get enough of her veggie burrito. My grilled eggplant sandwich was to die for, and another at our table ordered the portobello sandwich, which she declared superb. The owner/host and a new employee could not have been more accommodating. This is a very clean, unassuming place, a real gem. Coming down from Vermont - the land of vegetarians - I went back wishing we had this great place where I live.“

“First time trying Palace Pizza. Ordered 2 pizzas. At pickup, he handed me 3. He said he didn’t like how one came out, so he gave us the extra at no cost. That’s never happened in my 54 years. The one pizza he wasn’t happy with had a couple bubbles but still tasted excellent.“

“Attended a wedding here and the venue was excellent. The chapel did a great job of maintaining the 1700s feel while clearly being updated. The cocktail hour and reception/dinner where held elsewhere on the grounds and again were set up very well and the staff was very attentive and helpful.“

“I visited MA for family vacation from rochester NY. Since I work as chef at golden harvest bakery and cafe, I really impressed their high quality food. The staffs are so awesome. They know how to find a way to communicate since I am deaf. There is no barrier for me. I approved their foods. I do highly recommends everyone to try this restaurant. It is the better way than Texas Brazilian chain restaurants. Their price is very reasonable! $24.99 for buffet while Texas Brazilian is way over $60 (silly). They have great options of protein, vegetable, and other dishes! Let’s support the local business! I give 10 stars! Please take my words well.“

The miso soup was rich and flavorful - definitely the best I’ve had in a long time. I ordered the sushi dinner and couldn’t be happier with it. The boba itself was really good, consistently sweet and chewy. Goncha and Kung Fu Tea are similarly priced, so it's up to you on which flavor or boba floats your boat, however I would choose Kung Fu Tea over Gongcha any day.“

“3 Restaurant is my new favorite brunch spot. Kerry-Lynn and her trainee did a fabulous job waiting on us this past Sunday. The attention to detail and attentiveness didn't go unnoticed. I was a huge fan of the Pickle Bloody Mary. Everything from the Buffalo Cauliflower to the two brunch entrees we're delicious and seasoned to perfection. I'm glad we took the half-hour jaunt to try this place out. Look forward to visiting again for brunch and try dinner!“
