“We decided to do Door Dash and like any new place, we are taking a chance. My wife has a severe fish oil allergy and so we have to be extra particular about chinese places as fish oils is in a lot of their cooking. We ordered for our family of 4 and this place was DELICIOUS!!! Seafood was NOT soggy, my wife loved the pan fried dumplings, no fish oil issues, the portions were perfect sizes and filling. The chicken fingers were not greasy, boneless spareribs were cooked just right. We have found a new place to order and to love. The food was perfect! Best Chinese in town. Additionally, the food was not over priced as some places are due to the pandemic.“

“For chinese food this place is by far the best! We love coming here all the time! I love their seafood soup and miso soup. Always a winner tome. The service is great as always. We come here so often that the servers already know us by face if not by name. If you come by on a Tuesday night, there is live jazz band music and oh man! they are very good! You need to come and hear them out if you love jazz! :)“

“Fried rice, no soy sauce? Cmon man…. I understand it’s just an Uber eats order, but the 6 cents it cost you to pack some soy sauce in the order should go without saying regardless. I paid an extra $10ish because I used the delivery app. Least you can do is pack what’s expected with it. Food was great“

“My husband and I love J&J! We’ve been going faithfully since they opened. They have the best owners, staff, and Chinese/Asian fusion food in the area. Their sushi and drinks are top notch. Most importantly the service is amazing. We got a few trays of food from them too for New Year’s Eve. Not sure if they offer catering all the time but would def suggest not only dining in the restaurant but ordering takeout/catering as well!“

“Fantastic orange chicken, noodles, and other kind of syrupy chicken. Good price too for how much food you get, they really stuff those containers. Usually have left overs when I get a 3 combo meal. Was also extremely fast to get food and pay, only took about 2 minutes to order, receive, and pay for the food.“

“My wife and I recently moved to the Salem area and we were looking for a good Chinese restaurant and I asked some of my coworkers what they would suggest I try and they said try eighty-eight "it's the best stuff around." Omg, I have never had Chinese this good. This is everything done right. The shrimp are more like prawns, the vegetables are fresh, not frozen and the rice is so soft and fluffy.Highly recommend this place if you are tired of overly greasy been frozen for months tasting food and try this amazing place.“

“Ok, they redeemed themselves. I had previously caught them on a bad day and gave them a lower review.I got the exact same thing today, and it was awesome. Very fresh tasting.The one downfall is that you need to add 30 minutes to any estimated pickup or delivery time that they give you- every time...“

Vegetarian options: We had tofu with veggies, beef chow fun, scallion pancakes were the best I ever had. Sauces with the dishes were great also.“

“LOVE this place! Any special occasion we are THERE! And we always request Ming. He is hands down the best. (PS he is off on Mondays) all the staff is great. I wish I was young enough to go weekly. But also the regular restaurant is great. And the bar. Can’t speak for Sushi since I will not eat it. ?
