“Franchised restaurants are tricky because you never know what you're gonna get. I can't say these guys wanna be your buddy, but they are nice enough and more efficient than most fast food places I have been to. The food is quality and fresh. The people are efficient and friendly enough. All signs of good, solid management, and happy employees. I like this location because I can count on speed and quality and, on occasion, maybe even a smile. ☺️“

“Some of the kindest and honest people I’ve ever met. Good and service was top notch. But above all I lost my diamond ring and an angel if a customer found it and turned it over to Glenn the manger. When I called he assured me he it was safe and he’d hold it while I made the hour drive back. Couldn’t find a better place. We’ll ge back.“

Vegetarian options: Not to sure I'm not a vegetarian but my good friend is and she's in luv with the vegetarian food she orders there

Parking: Can park beside the building, in front of the building n dwn by the Lindy's general store where there even more parking that wraps around the side of the building as well

“I am a military veteran who went to the Plymouth Location on Veterans Day. The food and service was extraordinary. The atmosphere was patriotic and I saw two older veterans come in and pick up their “Free Veterans Day Meal”. I never heard of any place that gives free meals to go - amazing. One veteran told me he did take out so he wouldn’t have to sit alone. I told him he could sit with us but he already had his to go meal. As I passed a table it was set up as a memorial to all military with plates, glasses etc. I took a pic of this empty table and have viewed it many times over thinking of how many are not here today because of their military service. As we were about to leave a young girl handed me a Veterans Challenge Coin in a pouch with a prayer and thanked me for my service. Just incredible. I had gone to the Veteran Parade in Marshfield in the morning so I was very somber. Together with this visit to The Texas Roadhouse it was a spectacular day of rememberance and gratefulness for the freedom we all have today. God Bless America. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸“

“After a traumatizing experience at McDonald’s, I was hangry and needed something fast. I was so happy when I saw DQ was in my area, and always get a small twist cone. Online, at least in the web browser (I don’t have the app), it only gave me the option for vanilla cones. I called the store to ask if they have twist (choc&van) and the employee on the phone said yes, and that he would make a note that my order was twist instead of vanilla. When I got there they were fast and friendly, and I was happy they made my cone when I got there instead of when I put my order in. Overall highly recommend, they are awesome!! 6 stars“

“I should preface I am a Wednesday regular due to my job.
But my job is changing and it won't be on my routine anymore.

So as a goodbye I wanted to leave a review of the wonderful time I have with my mother.

Every Wednesday for months now I've come to this IHOP with my mother after work, and it's always at the same time so the customer traffic and wait staff are always the same.

With that said, I always get the same thing and haven't mixed it up much, and the kitchen has done a great job with it.

I get cinnamon French toast every time, not really a menu item but you gotta try it, they can just put the cinnamon pancake frosting on the French toast, so good.

And our wait staff Laura has learned the order, so we're just regulars now, we don't even use menus anymore, just, "the regular?" "Yeah." And it's dope as hell to be that close to someone in your routine.

She's wonderful, I've actually really learned a lot about the point of sales machine just from her trying to put my order in over the months, and she always trys to get us the best deal because we're ordering something off menu.

And that's kinda it.

Aside from my experience though, it seems like the wait staff and the kitchen are at odds, but I always assumed the kitchen staff are also the managers, but maybe the manager isn't here on slow days.
