Service is terrible, they constantly run out of food items. Do yourself a favor and go to the one At the gas station nearby
I’ve tried to not post about the terrible service at this Dunkin, but it’s been well iver a year if this being the slowest, worst service of any Dunkin in the area. Constant orders done wrong, mobile ordering and you still have to stand in line and tell them what your order was, very long wait times. I usually go in the morning for a cup of hot coffee , once in a while food very good costumer service .but when I go in the evening for a whole week in a roll I ask for a protein shake and the girl always tell me the machine it's broke but during the day with other employees the machine work perfectly. So maybe she needs a better training on how to used or she doesn't want to cleaned after her shift . Just wondering cuz if it work during the day why always broken in the evening...read full review
