“One of the best spots in Lawrence. Folks there are friendly, the place has very warm vibes, and the food is incredible. 10/10
If I had any 'complaints', coffee machine was down for awhile, it's called 'cafe' and that implies a few things, have only been back for dinners, not sure if that's been fixed yet! but otherwise seriously it's essential Lawrence dining you gotta check it out.“

“AMAZING PUPUSAS, fresh, good size and stuffed! First time ordering food from here, definitely not the last. It's hard to find good, authentic pupusas in this area. Made fresh to order and you can tell.

I even tried viva la birria in the Woburn, ma location and IT DID NOT COMPARE AT ALL. This specific location in Lawrence is so good I don’t even know how to describe in words how good this location makes their tacos. It’s almost been a year and I’ve still been regularly buying from this place every single weekend. I’ve put all my friends on and all my friends now regularly buy from this location as-well. I swear I’m not getting sponsored these birria tacos are genuinely just so heavenly. I swear whenever I buy from this place and bite into these tacos my soul reaches heaven. The taco shells are so crispy, the meat is SO JUICY, the consome has the perfect amount of spice, and the juiciest amount of flavor. These chefs need a kiss and need to teach the Woburn ma location how to cook. I love this place and this place will always be my favorite restaurant to ever order from. I love you guys please don’t change your recipe.“

“Being from SoCal, we have plenty of top tier Mexican Food. El Taco Guapo is so good. We ordered the asada plate, Pollo Asado Plate, Birria Tacos and a Asada Torta. Everything was so good and flavorful. The consomme for the Birria was delicious. The torta was very tasty. I highly recommend this place.“

“These are the BEST birria tacos I’ve ever had! For just $16, you get 3 tacos that are out of this world. So fat and juicy. Lots of cheese and meat. Everyone there is super friendly, and the place is incredibly clean. Plus, these are the only birria tacos I’ve ever had that don’t send me—HA! Highly recommend!“
