“We were in the Lenox area for a few days of sightseeing and good dining. One day after touring around, we stopped at Haven for lunch. Fairly full but we got a table right away.
We had a salad and a flat bread sandwich. Both were very tasty. Most seating is inside but they also have some outside seating on the side under colorful umbrellas.
All staff were very pleasant . You order at the register and then they bring the food directly to your table. Very nice.“

“Food is good along with the choices. Unfortunately some of the staff need re training. Tonight the cashier was writing on different tickets while we were trying to order. Last time as we were standing there for almost 10 minutes while we were ignored. But when the phone rang that was picked up right away and that order was placed.“

“My wife and I stopped in for Valentine’s Day last night and were reminded why Brava is the best restaurant in the Berkshires. We have been three times and every time we go we are impressed. Initially we were hesitant, thinking it would be over priced but it is always less expensive than we expected. Pizzas, wings, and the bread pudding were the favorites this time. 10/10.“

“Wonderful dinner and experience at The Prairie Whale! Definitely recommend making a reservation because it’s very popular. It was a beautiful day and we sat outside and it was beautiful. They had a live band playing inside and the noise level was perfect outside. Our server, Isabelle, was fantastic! Super friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. Everything was super fresh, local, and tasted wonderful. We had 2 appetizer specials and the bolognese. The pasta was cooked perfectly and the sauce was great. We’ll definitely be back!“

The appetizer (Roman artichoke) was delicious, our main courses (Yellowfin tuna bento & the halibut special) were to die for, my cocktail was tasty & our desserts (Lemon ginger panna cotta & banana Napoleon) were unbelievable! “Our favorite new addition to Great Barrington! Everything we’ve tried is fabulous. We’ve had zucchini soup, mushroom and chicken veggie-all out of this world! And the sandwiches on delicious baguettes are so yummy-grilled chicken or smoked turkey (with roasted peaches and chutney) etc. The menu will change with the seasons as everything is locally sourced. They even make food to take home for dinner. Two thumbs up!“

“We loved everything about this place! We’re from Texas where we pride ourselves on recognizing excellent Mexican food. Well, we found it here! The margaritas were perfect, the guacamole was fresh and delicious! I ordered the chicken tostados. Two crispy corn tortillas, layered with refried beans, a delicious sauce, chicken, lettuce, tomatoes and queso fresco. They were divine! Navid, our waitress, was personable, helpful and excellent. We really enjoyed her waiting on us. We heartily recommend this place!“

“Imagine my delight when I found this gem during a visit to Great Barrington while touring the area. We had our senior dog with us and my husband and I needed a table outdoors to eat in the shade. Almost out of options, then we walked down a side street off Main Street and found STEAM Noodle Cafe among the few open restaurants on a Monday at the shared patio area. I LOVED the Northern Thai Curry Chicken bowl, accurately described as “flavorful but not spicy”. All I can say is YUMMY. I don’t “do” spicy and am often disappointed when i trust a restaurant to accurately describe a dish as not-spicy. This dish was gorgeous, colorful and I almost licked the bowl clean. While stepping back inside to praise the restaurant, another customer heard my rave review and also ordered that dish. Wish I lived closer, I’d be there often.“
