“do I recommend dunkin...the answer is yes and no... I go every week to the Leicester one in the center on my way to work. every time we get munchkins which isn't often, but they are not "done" they are to sticky to touch, even the donuts if the frosting is sticking to the bash the kids are sad they list the frosting. the muffins usually have sugar on the top, NOT a fan of that! but sometime it's a Erin for me bc they forgot to put that on. the snacking bacon... amazing when done right! I've had a couple times when it's crispy perfect! last FOUR times so fatty you can't even eat it! I was hoping for a message me button so this was not public, but couldn't find one. im NOT one to complain but this has happened more than I think it should.“

“Came in today, Sunday 10/13, expecting a decent crowd since it’s Sunday! Walked in and it was busy but only one young girl working. Just wanted to comment on how wonderful of a job she did despite seeming overwhelmed with the large orders and being by herself. Maybe someone was on break, but I just wanted to comment on great she did by herself on a busy Sunday morning! She was apologetic for the wait over and over again. Great service and I hope this young girl gets recognized for her great job!!“

“Best coffee and food in Holden! Many menu options including delicious donuts, egg sandwiches, pancakes and even fried rice! The ice mocha coffee is my favorite. the owners are lovely too! If you go enough she'll know your order by heart!“

“This joint is peak New England coffee shop. I'm here twice a day, most work days. Everything is frickin delicious, and they've got a lovely staff who feed me the coffee I need to keep me awake so I can fix your cars and houses. Show them some love.“

“Mochinut donuts was very good and I ordered six donuts It wasn't very loud and I didn't want to leave after we ordered and we got our order back And my favorite mochi donut that they had was the s'mores! Next time we go I will try the cool hot dog flavors or some new mochi donut flavors. They also had a neat little photo op area where you could sit and relax I really like the decor and the atmosphere was awesome! Can't wait to go back.“

“Mochi donuts with Vietnamese coffee (hot or cold brew) are a heavenly treat, and this is probably the best place in Worcester to get them. Also available: range of tea and coffee beverages and ice cream. The shop really isn’t a place to hang out; so take-out is in my opinion the way to go.“

“I used to live right down the street in walking distance of this convenience store with Honey Dew inside. I now live about an hour away,but still stop in when visiting Worcester. Always a pleasure to see the friendly staff here! They are very fast paced & efficient, always courteous, accurate with orders & welcoming. The lines go fast, because they are wonderful at keeping up with customers. I have never had any issues here before. Coffee is always fresh, made how you like it. Many flavors. Also great cappuccino & bakery items such as muffins, donuts, coffee rolls, dew drops & more! Breakfast sandwiches available also. There is also public restrooms inside of Honey Farms (the convenience store that Honey Dew is located inside). You just need to ask Honey Farms staff to use the key first, because they stay locked. Would recommend!“

“The staff working the drive-through should be paid better money because they're so friendly and put up with a lot. If your a bagel you can't mess that up. When they try to sell actual food, sandwiches. They are not built for that type of handling. So, it can be horrible. Keep it Donuts and coffee ☕️“
“During the academic year (August to May) this is a very crowded place, but the number of staff expands or contracts according to historical need. Other reviewers have noted the frightening level of efficiency here and it is very true. You'll get your order rapidly even if the place is very crowded. At WPI classes end at 10 minutes before the hour, so the best practice is to visit the place in the bottom half of the hour.“

“This Dunkin Donuts. It's pretty good. The only thing I do not like is the watery coffee but everything else it's amazing, especially one worker. He is amazing. His name is Carlos and very awesome person and he always will be honest with the customer. Love everything they sell here because it's nice and fresh“

“I have been to many many many Dunkin’s throughout my life. And this one hands down has the fastest smoothest service ever. It’s so fast that no matter the rush hour I have to make sure I’m ready because I’m not trying to mess up their flow lol I love it here. It’s my FIRST go to Dunkin’s in my way to work. They have never messed up my order which is so rare. Management is everything. The lady who takes the drive through orders is so respectful and kind and I’m pretty sure it’s her that makes sure everything is running smooth. Thank you for making my mornings so much easier.“
“This Duncan branch always makes great coffee never a problem and it's my choice in town even though unfortunately you have to go inside. The ladies are great super friendly and never a bad cup of coffee It's the best Dunkin donuts in my little town. Don't bother going to the other one“

“Went thru the Oxford DD on Sutton Ave as i frequently do. On 5/20/2024, I noticed very polarizing political stickers on the drive thru window. DD needs to take these off, or they may get "Bud Lighted" No stickers should be on their building on any kind, especially divisive political ones.“

“I went here 2 months ago and I guess their service finally became better and better since. I've been greeted by a wonderful girl and she gave me the right order and everything. “Had probably the best iced Americano I've ever had (from a Dunks, not in my life, obvs) which is noteworthy. They were pretty quick, too. It may be the first time this year that the beans didn't have that burnt Dunks flavor, and there was none of that weird sour water flavor that comes from dirty equipment, so I may get just an iced coffee there next time. Typically, I can't drink dunks ice coffee bc it's just not good, but this place gives me hope.“

“Good Service. Good workers. Just be careful if you apply for employment with them. Sarah is the GM and she works from 5am to 12noon Monday thru Friday, 5am to 10am on Satruday's. And tries to not work on Sunday's and gets annoyed if she has to work on Sunday's. She is a great person though. Huge heart. I just felt and still feel salty about the way she handled certain situations. But all in all; it’s a good location to order from. They usually don’t make mistakes with your order. And if they do, they fix it. No questions asked.“

“Usually nice and clean with large single person public bathrooms, handicap accessible size. The staff have been helpful. My main issue with this store is its location at a major intersection, Rt 56 and Rt 122a, that hasn't had good traffic controls and their parking lot setup.“
