“I just want to say I order both app and through drive thru. Both are always done as quickly as possible, even when there's a long line. It's the only Dunkin's I'll go to because I know my drinks will always be done correctly. Also I want to give a huge shout out to the crew who works in the afternoon/evening. They are always extremely friendly and so kind. Usually always the same workers, so I look forward to getting my drinks from them. I hope they get some recognition for their great customer service!“

“Came in to DD on Central St, the man was very helpful and explained everything to me I Inquired about, however, I noticed immediately the place was immaculate and this is the first time I have encountered that at this DD. These gentlemen were so accommodating and friendly and I totally appreciate it big time

“I recently switched to this Dunkins because of construction near my old one. It’s only been a few weeks but they’ve been great. Brittany in particular is a shining star. She already recognizes me and grabs my order for me and is very friendly. I lost my keys last week and checked here today as a last resort. I left a description with Brittany when I picked up my usual and she contacted me later to tell me they had my keys safe and sound! What a relief. Overall, great food and great service.“

“jose is the best person to ever be in the dunkins industry. The qay he just…IDK MAKES HIS FOOD! ITS SO-S-S-SO GOOD! His eyes shine brightly when talking to customers, and hes a car guy?!,!,?,??!!. HE HELPED ME FIXED MY automobile AC WHEN IT WAS BROKEN…whilst i was in line for my caramel swirl extra extra 2 expresso shots Large. Then this girl with beautiful eyes hair, 5’2, asian, black hair, with glasses came up to me to ask if i needed help with my computer. I did! Im an IT major and she said she took ADVANCED IT CLASSE!10/10 experience wouldnt recommend it again!!“

Parking: Parking here is like first come first serve but it's enough for 40 cars, I think....

Wheelchair accessibility: I personally hold the door for my guy "DAVE", everyday I be working. He's always riding in that wheelchair, iykyk. The coolest dude. So, yes, wheelchairs are welcomed but if you have four guys with wheechairs inside store then, maybe, you'll have a problem.“

“This place had very good service and once we ordered our food 3 minutes later , it was already done. They also have many places indoor to charge your phone in! I recommend this place if you're ever looking for a fast food place to eat in.“

“Good place to get a coffee and breakfast there always fast with my order and friendly the 2 new managers are always on top of things. Less of a hang out before u had all kinds of people hanging out not even buying a thing just there and sleeping now there's enough space to set and enjoy ur coffee like the new changes the managers knows what there doing with the place.“

“Manager is always pleasant and makes amazing coffees. She trains new staff so calmly and reassures them they're doing a great job.

I went in today (she wasn't in) and got an iced tea. It wasn't steeped enough, but her staff simply offered to make me something else without question. Quality DD and staff!“

“What a Dunkin's should be like , they definitely are a well oiled machine at this location , I'd say for the Manager/ Owner at the 81 Tyngsboro Rd in Chelmsford spot maybe call these people send your employees over here and see how they operate , they could learn what customer service is all about , that location swore at me and others F-you don't come back here there's plenty of Dunkin's go there!!! “Here's the 1 important thing to know about this location - there are maybe 3 or 4 parking spots that sit directly under service lines. Do NOT park your car on those spots. The birds that congregate on those lines will annihilate your car.“
