“Came in to DD on Central St, the man was very helpful and explained everything to me I Inquired about, however, I noticed immediately the place was immaculate and this is the first time I have encountered that at this DD. These gentlemen were so accommodating and friendly and I totally appreciate it big time

“This is the best Dunkin’ Donuts. I’ve gone to Dunks in Boston, Haverhill and everywhere in between this team is amazing. They are customer focused. They get the job done and they go above and beyond to put a smile on peoples faces this morning, It’s 10° out the manager brings out my coffee to my car while I’m waiting in line I couldn’t ask for a better Dunkin’ Donuts thank you guys for everything you do.“

“First time actually going into the store, I'm surprised how much they put out in such a small store. It was nice, clean and almost a warm feeling walking in.... probably due to it being cold outside lol. I stop here almost every morning m-f. Extremely convenient and wicked fast service. Employees are amazing and deserve raises. Drive thru or walk-in, I recommend coming here.“

“So I went with my legally blind disabled husband at 5:40 pm tonight 3/15/25 and this young lady puts her head down frowning doesn’t say hello and didn’t even say can I help you, I had to just order like I was talking to a deaf lady she Also didn’t say how much it was I just gave her the money. If she doesn’t want to work then why be there. I still gave her $1 tip and change because I am Muslim and it’s the month of Ramadan and that’s just what I do. All i know is I hope others will complain. I always received good customer service going there at all other times it’s just this one person who didn’t.“

“This place had very good service and once we ordered our food 3 minutes later , it was already done. They also have many places indoor to charge your phone in! I recommend this place if you're ever looking for a fast food place to eat in.“

“Manager is always pleasant and makes amazing coffees. She trains new staff so calmly and reassures them they're doing a great job.

I went in today (she wasn't in) and got an iced tea. It wasn't steeped enough, but her staff simply offered to make me something else without question. Quality DD and staff!“

“What a Dunkin's should be like , they definitely are a well oiled machine at this location , I'd say for the Manager/ Owner at the 81 Tyngsboro Rd in Chelmsford spot maybe call these people send your employees over here and see how they operate , they could learn what customer service is all about , that location swore at me and others F-you don't come back here there's plenty of Dunkin's go there!!! Wow !!! Anyway this spot is on point nice to see. Keep up the great job.“
