“Excellent bread and dessert with super nice people working the counter. Open later than most bakeries, thank God otherwise I’d never make it after work. Apple Fritters, Carrot Cake, Boston Cream Doughnuts. So many pastries and danish it’s like going back in time to when quality and service matters. La Fiorentina is up there too as far as the best in Western Massachusetts. I personally prefer the polish bakery over the Italian but they are both great.“

“We were recommended to use La Fiorentina Pastry Shop from our Venue. To say we are thankful is an understatement. From start to finish Mauro was professional and such a delight! We brought our baby with us to the initial meeting and Mauro instantly provided our son with a happy little treat.
Mauro asked me all of the important questions regarding the wedding cake from the design, colors, flavors, and etc. It was very easy to finalize everything with him leading up the wedding day.
We received MANY compliments about the cake design and the taste! I even had one friend tell me how much she loves La Fiorentina and that she used to go there a lot when she lived in Springfield. So she was thrilled to know we used this bakery.
The cake was so DELICIOUS and BEAUTIFUL! If you are looking for a kind, family owned, and professional bakery for any of your events. I highly recommend this bakery and we will be using them for our future big events.“

“Just received my first order of biscotti and pizzelle from Baker’s Lane Biscotti, they are delicious!! We had to try them as soon as they arrived. I ordered the double pressed anise pizzelle, the chocolate drizzled almond biscotti and the anise biscotti. All are amazingly light and with the perfect amount of flavor. Treat yourself or a friend, so delicious!“

“These AMAZING WOMEN saved my daughter's 21st birthday dinner. I ordered a cake from a woman that said she could deliver and took my money but what I received had me in tears on Thursday. Friday MORNING Koffee Kup listened, and Friday AFTERNOON sent me home with EXACTLY what she wanted, FOREVER LOYAL! I cannot thank Ro, the decorators and every person that works there enough!!!“

“I recently ordered a birthday cake from here for my 16th, and I couldn’t be more happier Despite my last-minute request, the owner went above and beyond to create exactly what I asked for. The cake not only looked stunning but also tasted incredible. Every guest loved how moist and rich it was. The attention to detail was evident, from the beautiful decoration to the perfect balance of sweetness. It truly made my birthday special, and I can’t thank the owner enough for her great work and her big hand in making my birthday special! High recommended for anyone who loves an amazing cake along with a great person that you get to work with! The owner was super flexible and kind to work it out and figure out what I’d actually want for my birthday! Great work! Super impressed.“

“Small, local, family business. Fantastic baked goods made from old family recipes. They have used the same baking equipment and recipes for generations. Incredible prices, you won't be disappointed, the baked good are amazing! Fresh baked breads.“

“Hands down the best cafe in the area! Authentic-Italian family owned coffee shop located in the cute town of Wilbraham! Owners work hard to provide quality food to the community. From their amazing sandwiches with fantastic homemade bread to the most delicious artsy pastries baked in house! Highly recommend you try the vanilla cardomom latte! “My wife and I always make it a point to stop by this bakery we are from the Albany NY area During our travels to Springfield Mass we make sure we visit the customer service the girls are always kind and serve you with a smile. I would recommend this bakery very easy to get to off the interstate.“
“I grew up in this neighborhood, rode my bicycle by here in the 1970's . The aroma was heavenly. They would cool racks of bread out the back door, and kindly sell you a loaf if asked. I have been to every corner of this country and in my opinion, Tougias, and the long gone Lido , "under the restaurant", bakery, are, and were, by far the best Italian breads you will ever find.“
