“After moving to the area, Nosh Café and Restaurant has quickly become one of my favorite places to enjoy brunch in Springfield. They offer a fantastic selection of vegetarian and vegan options which can sometimes be hard to find. Additionally, the atmosphere is both fun and relaxing with consistently friendly and welcoming staff. If you like to read or are looking for a new cookbook, Nosh has quite the selection of books available for purchase.

I decided on cash bar, but they provided a few options for me to choose from. Everyone had a great time and the service was fantastic. “Stopped here on my way from Mass to Bradley (because to hell with expensive airport food, and I like to support local) to grab lunch, and I was not disappointed. Ordered a mini pizza, which at 10" was more than enough for 1. Fresh chicken, bacon and tomatoes, delicious tomato base, overall a very good pizza. I sat at one of the 3 barstools to eat a bit before I headed out, great spot to watch cars/people. Nice little place. Friendly staff.“

“Hydrate and Variance XI were very good beers. The atmosphere was nice, and the temperature in the taproom was very comfortable. The young lady who served me was very knowledgeable of the products, she was very friendly and welcoming. The only thing that caught me off guard was that my pints were served to me in plastic cups. I had asked if she could pour my next beer in a glass because I wasn’t taking my beer outdoors - I was comfortable staying indoors in the air conditioning. She told me that glassware was not available in that size, only the flight pours are served in glass. I saw you have a really nice dishwasher behind the counter - Is there a chance of transitioning into glassware? Beer just tastes better out of a glass. Thank you.“

However, I ordered a cheesesteak today and felt like I was in Philly. Great seeded roll, cooper sharp, cherry peppers etc you guys know what you’re doing now. She was so sweet for us coming and not being able to dine there she gave us a gift certificate for 2 . We went tonight. The food was so good. Had amazing flavor. “I had placed an order through the automated system but never received a call back or my order however my account was charged. I called and spoke with Tyshawn Who explained to me the situation and what had happened. He went out of his way to send me screenshots of my transaction, and then messaged me to let me know that he had refunded my order and then sent me screenshots of that as well. He also apologized for my inconvenience, and I feel he went above and beyond by sending me all the information I needed.“
