Ordered through the App. A Happy Meal. Online they advertise the one piece sponge bob. So picked it. Got in line at the drive through they are advertising one piece sponge bob on the drive through menu. I get to the window they hand me my food and wrong toy. So I questioned the lady at the window and no one knew what I was talking about. Undertrained staff and no one answers the phone. They didn't try to ask a manager just stood there dumbfounded.
