The jjajangmyeon (black bean noodles) is popular for its taste, while the scallion kimchi pancakes are crispy and packed with flavor. The fried chicken is another highlight, being crispy and flavorful.

Known for its late-night hours, the restaurant stays open until midnight on Thursdays through Saturdays. Customers praise the kind, friendly, and enthusiastic staff. The menu features a variety of dishes, including the cheesy tteokbokki, budae jjigae, beef bibimbap, sweet and sour pork (tangsuyuk), and spicy seafood noodle soup (jjamppong), all described as delicious and filling. The side dishes are fresh and full of flavor.

Overall, Bab Korean Bistro Brookline is a casual and delightful spot to enjoy authentic Korean cuisine, especially with friends and a drink during the late-night hours. Omg best restaurant in greater Boston area. Hanna’s service was impeccable, made us feel so welcome and comfortable we can not wait to come back. The food was AMAZING, kimchi some of the best we’ve ever had, and the lychee sushi at the end was SO. GOOD. we WILL be back. Thank you for an amazing experience.
I had the mala black bean noodles. It was superb. Staff was very friendly kind. I would go here again. You should give it a try.
The Tteok Bokki with ramen and cheese was great and the portion was HUGE! It was enough for several people or several meals. Slightly spicy, and good flavor. The Ganjang ( Glazed Soy & Sweet ) Chicken was okay. I liked the sauce, and it probably would have been better fresh at the restaurant instead of getting it via door dash. Not bad, but very thick and heavy breading. I would definitely try again and try more items.
