Cosmos Boucaniere Caribbean Cuisine offers excellent food and service. The food tastes so fresh and good, and the presentation is good. The place is clean, and the customer service is great and very friendly. There is a lot of food, with BIG SERVINGS. The food is rich in flavor and authentic Caribbean food. The biggest plantains are mentioned, along with the Salt fish & spaghetti and the sauce. Most customers ordered take outs, but dining in the restaurant during a busy lunch hour was an amazing experience. The owner is amazing, understanding, and always goes out of his way to solve problems, putting the customer first and making sure you are happy and satisfied with the service every single time.
