I worked there back in the 80’s, and this is the next best thing to fresh off the boat, these guys know all the local fishermen and we supplied and sold more seafood than anywhere because it’s always fresh. “Came in today and had no idea what fish I wanted, only that it "had to be white and the less bones the better" for a Brazilian "broth" called Muqueca and I'm upset I can't remember the name of the fish but wow the man who helped me NAILED IT. “Ming’s Seafood Restaurant in Malden, MA is one of my favorite Dim Sum restaurants north of Boston!
The food here is always fresh, authentic, flavorful, and served hot with an incredible variety of traditional dim sum dishes, seafood specialties including Live King Crab, dumplings, buns, and Cantonese favorites.
The atmosphere is lively, welcoming, and perfect for family gatherings or weekend brunch. The staff is friendly, attentive, and the service is consistently excellent. “One of the best places I went to eat growing up or even visiting Malden. I used to go there and walk right next door to Legendary Billiards. The best experiences I’ve had in my past and I wish Legendary was still there because I’d do the same thing today. The brothers are great people with amazing food, so check it out when you can!“

“My 100% go-to for hot pot. Sauce bar, all-you-can-eat, huge menu, and great service. What else can I say? You’ll be eating within five minutes of sitting down. Also, don’t forget the to-go ice cream if you eat in! Ibasaw checks all the boxes when it comes to hot pot.“
