Saigon Corner Reviews
I needed something with a lil kick in it and got a stew beef curry with rice. This was so delicious I made myself stop so I could have some more later. I feel warmer inside already on this damp and cold day!

Saigon Corner in Malden offers delicious wonton noodle soups and Hong Kong style food. The restaurant is a clean spot with a different vibe from the original location in Quincy, and it stays open a little later. It accepts cash, card, and tap payments. The fried dumplings are delish, with wrappers that aren't too thick and perfectly crispy. The filling is similar to the wontons, and the sauce on the side is like a sweet and sour. The wonton beef stew noodle soup is a go-to, with flavorful wontons that have a nice meat to shrimp ratio. The soup broth is actually flavorful, and the noodles are al dente with the perfect chew. The wonton spicy beef satay noodle soup hits the spot. The lemon honey iced tea is good, and the mango slush is good but no frills. The restaurant also has classic cha chaan tang breakfast, including HK French toast, HK milk tea, and spam and egg soup. The S2: beef stew with wontons + egg noodles is super flavorful, and the meat is tender. The food is fresh, hot, and packed well for takeout, with good portions. The service is great, the restaurant is clean, and the food is delicious. Everything is solid, but it would be better if they lowered the amount of salt and soy sauce, as every dish feels extra salty, including the wontons, soup base, and braised brisket. This is a wholesome little spot with great food and atmosphere, and the handmade wontons and dumplings taste like love. The staff are friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend for something cozy, delicious, and made with heart.
