“Recently moved to this area and have struggled to find food that matches up to flavors from LA or even from St. Louis where I grew up. I was shocked to eat biscuits and gravy that surpassed any I've eaten before. The hash scramble with a chorizo substitute was amazing. Even the scrambled eggs were moist and had the flavor of real butter. I love breakfast and brunch more than any other meal. Can't wait to go back! The two ladies who were serving were very friendly. Chencea (probably destroyed the spelling and I'm sorry!!!) gave exceptional service, great suggestions for food options, and lovingly explained the bill breakdown (it's an old school system). We'll definitely be back!

“We need more restaurants who cater to vegan, vegetarian, celiac, and meat eaters alike. The Purple Rooster Cafe is unique, but in my dream world, it would be the standard. The food was excellent, and so was the vibe! Check it out and enjoy all the little touches.“

“This place was absolutely amazing. I’ve been to many breakfast places and this place is really the best. The people were the nicest people I’ve ever felt with. They made us and our children feel like we were family by the they treated us and just the atmosphere made it feel as you were home enjoying a warm breakfast. No matter where I live in Massachusetts I will forever be a loyal customer to these fine folks!!!“

“Dropped in for early Sunday breakfast with family. Service great - omelets were amazing - fluffy and full of flavor. Cinnamon French toast great and loved the fluffy pancakes. Tidy and clean interior, great attentive staff. Thanks for a great start to the day!“

“Just got a cinnamon crunch bagel breakfast sandwich from here and it was DELICIOUS! 1000% recommend! Had to take some bagels back to VT with me! We were very surprised with all they had to offer and wished we had a Tastys back in Vt! (;“

“I order delivery from here alot for myself (love the hash browns, crepes and egg whites on biscuit sandwich); finally made it into restaurant with daughter, and wasn’t sure what to expect. Pleasantly surprised with good service. Was a bit hectic and one of my items never made it to us, but food was quick, delicious and kid friendly“
