SCOOP By Sea Salt offers a friendly atmosphere and a variety of ice cream options, although there are mixed reviews regarding service and portion sizes. One reviewer praised the accommodating staff, especially regarding allergies, while another noted long wait times due to limited staffing. The ice cream is sourced from a popular brand in Maine, which disappointed some who expected homemade flavors. Customers are advised to order larger sizes, as the baby/kiddie scoop may be too small. Overall, the ice cream is tasty, but some believe it could benefit from better staffing and homemade options.
