Pretzels were fine, had burnt pretzel dogs up for sale. I tried the new “twisted sip” and I think they did soda and lemonade if they didn’t know how to make it could’ve asked if I wanted anything else. It looks horrendous just disgusting. 🤮
I had a really great and understanding experience with Jiselle! The soda machine was down but she made sure that she notified me that earlier and then was very nice and said sorry multiple times. She was still very nice and could see that she genuinely felt bad. She was very polite and the food was great!
Love that they opened this place back up but I spent $15 just to get raw dough 😭😭 they definitely need to be more careful and thorough when cooking the pretzels
