Dunkin' Donuts in Marlborough

“Visited Dunkin' Donuts after a long day of work and a snow shoveling session right after because of the snow storm. All I wanted is a cup of hot chocolate. The other location didn't have hot chocolate, but thanks to the delightful cashier girl at this one, who engaged in friendly small talk, joked around, and handed me a steaming cup of hot chocolate with a big smile – she truly made my day!“

“Dang this coffee is good! Restroom was clean. I was frustrated because I had to wait 5 minutes for a fresh pot of dark roast, while my man was impatiently waiting in the car for me, but I was all smiles again after I took my first sip. Perfect amt of milk and sugar too (cashier added). Thanks Dunkin!“

“I was in a bind to get a big order on short notice, the other location in the surrounding town (Hudson), could not help or do anything for me. I stopped by the east Main Street Marlborough location and Yomara (who I believe is one of the managers), was outstanding, she took my order which was a big one with no problem and had it ready for me in no time. I couldn’t thank her enough for bailing me out on such short notice to feed my crowd that descended upon us at the last minute. She really went above and beyond great customer service, she is a huge asset to your business and the owners should be aware of it.“

“The most sweetest girl I know who I truly did miss well she was gone after she had a baby miss ivy she a hard worker always get my things right always have a smile on her face then most people at this store i can say she should be a manger or something in your company she keep people coming i left but i will be coming back for my food and coffee knowing she backthank you ivy for coming back“

“Dunkin’ Donuts is always a great option. Especially this one, occasionally they do get your order wrong, but it’s only because they hire new teens and they usually mess it up anyways Hahahha. The store is always clean and tidy, the bathrooms are always kept spotless, and the manager, and all employees are super friendly. This Dunkin here also has the Dad seal of approval! Great job guys keep it up.“
