I was frustrated because I had to wait 5 minutes for a fresh pot of dark roast, while my man was impatiently waiting in the car for me, but I was all smiles again after I took my first sip. “I was in a bind to get a big order on short notice, the other location in the surrounding town (Hudson), could not help or do anything for me. I stopped by the east Main Street Marlborough location and Yomara (who I believe is one of the managers), was outstanding, she took my order which was a big one with no problem and had it ready for me in no time. I couldn’t thank her enough for bailing me out on such short notice to feed my crowd that descended upon us at the last minute. She really went above and beyond great customer service, she is a huge asset to your business and the owners should be aware of it.“

“Dunkin’ Donuts is always a great option. Especially this one, occasionally they do get your order wrong, but it’s only because they hire new teens and they usually mess it up anyways Hahahha. The store is always clean and tidy, the bathrooms are always kept spotless, and the manager, and all employees are super friendly. This Dunkin here also has the Dad seal of approval!
