@ 4 pm today the 2 male employees, 1 a harasser to Americans and an employee thief (a 6' tall Hispanic) refused to serve a Caucasion teenage guy whose father (after his kid waited 10 minutes) entered and told them off. This shop's employees are racist.
I hate Starbucks coffee first off. I wake up every morning with an ice coffee and get one around 2 pm. I love Dunkin coffee, if you like sweet coffee get a medium ice caramel swirl-extra extra you will not regret it. When i went on vacation to Arkansas their was no Dunkin near me and i tried MacDonald's Burger king but it was not the same. I LOVE DUNKIN DONUTS!!!!

However, the location on East Main Street in Marlborough shines with exceptional service, particularly from a manager named Yomara. She efficiently handled a large order on short notice, impressing with her customer service skills. With new staff on board, the overall experience has improved, and the great tea selection is a plus for tea lovers. Despite past issues, the manager's understanding and the improved service make it a place worth revisiting.
