Starbucks in Marlborough

“Nice, modern Starbucks in the Apex Shopping Center. Was convenient when I stayed at the 2 hotels in the complex... just a short walk. Today, drove over from my home as the other Starbucks in the area hadn't opened yet. This location opens earlier than the others. As hours seem to be changing often at Starbucks, because of labor shortages, check your app.\n\nMy Latte, pound of Komodo Dragon, and Pumpkin Loaf... all excellent.“

“Stayed here for about two hours in between business meetings. Product is just what I've come to expect. Good coffee. My only complaint was there was a cold breeze in the lobby even though the doors were closed. Probably coming from the HVAC and it didn't matter where I sat, the cold air was moving pretty good. After a while I was able to ignore it. There was barely anyone inside, so maybe the HVAC is set to a setting expecting more people inside putting off body heat, which is typical for many Starbucks.“

“Ben absolutely made my morning! He was so kind and made lovely suggestions. Even though he was the only one working (at 8AM on a sat?! Come on management help my man out) he made me the best coffee I’ve ever had at a Starbucks <3 get it Ben“

“Update, I edited it to 5 stars because I do get some great above and beyond service from this Starbucks and most of the time have a very pleasant time with super kind friendly workers so definitely 5 stars for sure, there was just one experience below that bothered me about Starbucks as a whole company policy, not this specific Starbucks fault

I’ll give it a 3 stars because most days it’s 5 stars but the one day I couldn’t use the app to order was a nightmare. It said $3 ANY handcrafted drink, so I made my drink then had to go through the drive through 2 times because they charged me $5 for the drink so Starbucks false advertised when they said any handcrafted drink for $3 because they upcharged me on the cold foam and crumbles. Ridiculous than I had to go through and sit at the drive thru window for way too long over $2. Probably shouldn’t have said ANY handcrafted drink for $3 because that’s a lie. Not really this specific locations fault but Starbucks company as a Whole. I have way too many cold brews in the freezer gonna have to cut myself off at this point because the flavors in seasons that aren’t Christmas or fall are trash not good at all and the reason I’ve been using Starbucks over Dunkin’ is because of the flavors and the basic flavors are trash so essentially no more getting these deals their practically stuffing down our throats at this point with how many their giving and at the end of the day it is 2.45 off a 5 drink and its silly anyway. To top it off the workers were acting kind of Pissy over it when it really was on them/Starbucks for false advertising but whatever I’d not be cheery about it either but I won’t be Upsold under my nose like I’m sure many people won’t notice the additional charges but it’s sneaky frr ?“

“This Starbucks always greets me with a smile every morning and there are workers there who know my order even though it’s a little complicated and it gets me through the day every time. I choose this Starbucks anytime especially those who work the morning shifts!!!!!!!!!!!! They deserve a raise !!!!“
