I don’t recommend the Hopkinton location, but do recommend the others. Service at the hopkinton location is so bad along with inconsistency with the quality of products. Placed an order with plenty of time for pickup, estimated time for pickup was for 11:15, wasn’t ready till 11:27 all while others who came in and physically ordered wound up getting their sandwiches before our pre-order. For the past 5 years I have been using Muffin house to make cakes for my kids birthdays. They are easy to work with and do amazing work!!
