Very friendly steff, genuinely want to make you happy!We have someone in our group with a nut allergy. They are on top of their game, in the way they handle that, explaining it well, and being sure that they are doing things in a proper manner!
I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in Bertie's and saw a beautifully designed and clean shop. The ambiance was definitely Ice Cream Shop! I came for a scoop of ice cream and the selection was extensive. My group of four each had a different flavor and we all loved the taste and consistency; smooth and creamy ( no ice crystals or off taste). The service was excellent too.
