Whether the AI freezes during order, they give you the wrong food or some combination of both, it’s been a while since we visited this location without having an issue.
This is standard or less Wendy's crap, my fault for expecting anything else
The drive-through is staffed solely by AI. No human to talk to AT ALL. If you felt unsure about your selection, you're left to assume your order was processed correctly. Mine was not. At the pickup window, the human apologized for the error and was unsure whether she could resolve it. Not great. Paid and left with whatever was ordered. Will go inside next time.
