“I have been a regular at Millbury Panera Bread for many years and always was very impressed with the service, in particular Amanda Mills. She has been an outstanding attribute to Panera bread and we, as customers absolutely loved her, she was so accommodating and friendly to all. However, unfortunately, she has been mistreated by the management and was put in a position in which she was forced to quit due to a challenging situation. I would hope all employees, especially outstanding would be treated with the respect they are due to in the future~ Thank you!“

The food and service were both excellent, and we really appreciated the BYOB option. One thing to note: there’s a 90-minute time limit per table. Thankfully, we had adjusted our reservation from 10 to 7 people, which worked out perfectly—we wrapped up with just a minute to spare. A great experience overall, but something to keep in mind if you're planning a larger or more leisurely gathering.“

“We told them it was our first time in and the experience was on average. Price was good, however I felt awkward at checkout because she didn’t give me or offer my change, I waited for it & instead she asked me if I wanted to order anything else. If you pay cash, they keep the rest (didn’t even feel like an option honestly). This should be mentioned before one pays the bill. Would have been nice to know that. If you pay card, you’re able to choose the desired percentage. Hope this helps!“

“Delicious sichuan cuisine, filling portion sizes and really fast service. Favorites are the beef & tendon appetizer, cold noodles in chili sweet & sour sauce, mapo tofu, double cooked bacon and the dry chili dishes. The fish with pickled mustard green soup was the perfect balance of sour amd savory. Can't go wrong with anything on the house special section. Spice level is very manageable (could be spicier if you have a decent spice tolerance). It's also BYOB“

“I have tried 4 different sandwiches here onb4 different occasions, and everything has been really good and fresh tasting. I am surprised this place isn't packed. the food is great. The service is great quick and to the point and also very patient as you figure out the menu. Definitely lo e the personal feeling as you walk in, like they know you.“

“Service at the bar was great! Zuppa Toscana and steak gorgonzola Alfredo was delicious and filling. I took a majority of the entree home for leftovers. Strawberry limoncello margarita was yummy and filled to the rim (photo was taken after a few sips). It's a good reliable option for a chain.“

“I'm honestly surprised by the negative reviews of this place. What more can you expect from an all-you-can-eat Chinese buffet, especially at just $15 for lunch? My group and I went for lunch and were seated right away. The staff were friendly and courteous, and the food selection was impressive for the price. They had all the classic buffet items, plus some seafood like clams and mussels. We left more than satisfied and would definitely come back again.“

“I did not, in fact, eat here. I just used the bathroom. I often use the bathrooms at panera because they're clean & typically smell of a delightful fruit or herb. I occasionally buy an asiago bagel or coffee as thanks for having stellar facilities. The asiago bagels are awesome and you should eat some. But they usually sell out early, by lunch, so that's a bummer.“
