“I have been a regular at Millbury Panera Bread for many years and always was very impressed with the service, in particular Amanda Mills. She has been an outstanding attribute to Panera bread and we, as customers absolutely loved her, she was so accommodating and friendly to all. However, unfortunately, she has been mistreated by the management and was put in a position in which she was forced to quit due to a challenging situation. I would hope all employees, especially outstanding would be treated with the respect they are due to in the future~ Thank you!“

“We have been fans of this restaurant since college 20 years ago and come back sooo regularly even though we live 5 towns away. The staff are always kind and courteous, the food always fresh and delicious, and the iced coffee is my favorite drink of all time. Happy to be a regular! (Pictured #62)

“We go here regularly and have not had issues in the past, however today I got a chicken ceasar wrap because they were out of italian bread and I was hungry, and while I understand everything is more expensive these days, for the price the wrap was extremely small, with hardly any Caesar. Will stick to the other options in the future(when they happen to have italian bread past lunch). Usually I get the Italian, Jenerator, or caprese flatbread, which I would recommend.“

“Absolutely loved this place! It was my first time coming and even though it was buzzing with people on a Saturday morning, the service was top notch! The waitresses were friendly, quick to seat us, attentive, and kept everything moving smoothly. The breakfast was delicious!—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. “Service at the bar was great! Zuppa Toscana and steak gorgonzola Alfredo was delicious and filling. I took a majority of the entree home for leftovers. Strawberry limoncello margarita was yummy and filled to the rim (photo was taken after a few sips). It's a good reliable option for a chain.“
