Parking is an absolute nightmare, horribly small and overfull parking lot. Spaces are too small to park safely and people make their own spots and block the very narrow pathways in and out.I always ask for extra dressing and usually have to return to the counter to ask again.The order kiosks always try and get you to buy more desserts and it slows down the order process. Panera is pretty standard in terms of their menu. I personally am not a big fan of DIY ordering and pickup but it is offered here and it works ok, but curbside pickup has never worked for me here. No one responds, you must go in and get it from a couple of different options. It's confusing at best.

Coffee was cold and staff said they would put out fresh coffee in 5 minutes. No cream as well. My wife finished eating and still no coffee. She asked for money back on coffee. Manager said couldn’t do that just ask for free coffee next time come in. Told him that is ridiculous answer. Offered a stale pastry instead. The are always out of something at this store.Very unorganized and poorly managed.
