I have to say last night, I was highly irritated about errors with my carside pickup order. Errors my husband wasn't aware of until he got the order home. HOWEVER, today I called & calmly spoke with the manager. They went above & beyond to correct the problem. Thank you Panera!

I’ve enjoyed coming to Panera Bread for years, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. The quality of the food is still good, however the portions on the half salads have become noticeably smaller during my last few visits, which doesn’t seem to match the price being charged.
