“Think “local version of Chipotle” when it comes to the setup. When it comes to the food, it is much better. Flavors were really good. Portions were on par. If hungry, double the meat. Substitutions/modifications were accommodated. People were very friendly. Bring more business to this place. Eat there or take home. It’s all good.“

“The staff was amazing and I didn't even mean to order from the Bellingham restaurant. I mistakenly placed an online order for the wrong town. I called to cancel the order and the staff instead kept the order in line and just transferred it themselves to the town we were in. They made things so easy and it was a Saturday evening. “As far as traditional street foods go, this place has genuinely some of the best tacos I’ve had anywhere. Everything there is good but I’m addicted to their pastor tacos.(pork) You cannot find a better priced place that serves this kind of food that is as good as Rincon. Get the horchata too! It’s a small place so make sure you get there quick, also you might have some language barriers as there isn’t a whole lot of multi language speakers.“
