“We found Catering by Terrie while searching for local caterers for our unexpectedly rushed wedding. Most catering companies declined the request as the wedding was planned for less than two months away. Terrie not only agreed to work within the limited schedule, but also adapted some of the dishes from her catering menu to accommodate some of our guests with restrictions. Terrie’s team was punctual, polite, and professional. The food was fantastic, and by the end of the evening all the guests were well-fed. Many compliments were received on the charcuterie board, curry noodle bowls, coconut shrimp, chicken parmesan sliders, and many others. Set-up and take-down also went without a hitch. With all of the headache and stress that went into a wedding planned on such short notice, Terrie and her team graciously handled one of the biggest aspects, and helped to make the day as perfect as we could have hoped.“

I think the food ended up taking the spotlight on our wedding day with our guests with how much they enjoyed and raved about how delicious everything was. Chef Khari was very accommodating to our needs and made the planning process super easy. “We were so lucky to find Mary and Victor Alsobrook and La Bonne Maison for our fall brunch wedding reception at Olio. They were so easy to work with and genuine and accommodating - it was a dream to work with them. From our signature cocktails (blood orange prosecco cocktails, fall spiced sangria, hot toddy) to our food (biscuits and sausage gravy, lobster grilled cheese, fried chicken and waffles, French toast soufflé, Greek orzo salad, seafood salad, apple cider doughnuts, mushroom pastry purses, pear gorgonzola stars, and more!) to the beautiful spice wedding cake - it was absolute perfection. “This was our first time experiencing High Tea and it was a wonderful place to stay. The ambiance was adorable and it was nice to see small children having a tea party with their family and adults indulging in something less common. Very nostalgic of childhood memories. We loved all the layers of food on our tower and we both loved our tea choices but wished for more flavor in the chicken sandwich. All in all we are so happy and I'd be happy to back to any of the locations!“

“First visit today, although we live somewhat in the neighborhood and I am already kicking myself for not having got here sooner. Red tabbouleh spicing was very punchy and vivid. Allspice in the stuffed grape leaves make them worth coming back for, not something I think I've ever said about stuffed grape leaves before. Most unforgettable was the red lentil soup with its soft rich velvety texture over two or three layers of different delicious flavors. Great first impression, can't wait to go back, solid A leaning toward A+.“

“We ordered from Better Life Food for a small gathering to celebrate my son's First Communion. It was important to me that the guests feel safe, and Chris did not disappoint! Everything arrived individually wrapped. I was able to put out the cold appetizers immediately and quickly warm the hot appetizers. The individual dinners were delicious and super easy to reheat. Nothing dried out either! Chris really has this catering during COVID down to a science. Every guest thought the food was delicious, and as the host, I felt confident in my guests' safety.“

“Smith’s Catering has been fantastic for us. They were very flexible with allowing us to arrive early in the day to decorate the hall : once for a wedding reception and another time for a baby shower. The menu for both occasions was very flexible and the quality of the food was really great. But as good as all that was , the staff was amazing. They were always available, polite, efficient, and responsive to our needs/wants. We will always use Smith’s Catering for all of our forthcoming events.

That's how things work when monopolies take over Society. Every meal I've ever had from them on a plane has been satisfactory, but then again, no choice, so you get what you get! Also, you've no reason to visit here. It's a warehouse. Not a tourist destination.“

“My family stopped in for breakfast and we all got different breakfast sandwiches. They were all delicious. I had the avacado smash I think it was called. “Happy to provide 5+ stars for East meets West. They catered a planned outdoor wedding which shifted due to weather less than 24 hours before to an indoor event. Catherine as event planner is so expert! She worked w the bride and groom and guided them to optimal choices. She was always available, very flexible, and very resourceful. The food was spectacular! We keep hearing “best food ever” from our guests. Even after pre dinner activities went beyond allotted time, the food was delivered hot, perfectly done (filet and salmon) and creatively plated. The service was consistently excellent! Very attentive to the bride and groom and every guest. They went over and above at every chance. We have recommended them several times since the fall wedding. I recommend them with confidence and enthusiasm! They earn and exceed their Best of Boston status!“
