Among my and my guests favorites: fruit salad, assorted platter of wrap sandwiches, frittata, and chicken caprese. Stephanie's food is always consistently delicious and the presentation is attractively arranged.“

“We found Catering by Terrie while searching for local caterers for our unexpectedly rushed wedding. Most catering companies declined the request as the wedding was planned for less than two months away. Terrie not only agreed to work within the limited schedule, but also adapted some of the dishes from her catering menu to accommodate some of our guests with restrictions. Terrie’s team was punctual, polite, and professional. The food was fantastic, and by the end of the evening all the guests were well-fed. Many compliments were received on the charcuterie board, curry noodle bowls, coconut shrimp, chicken parmesan sliders, and many others. Set-up and take-down also went without a hitch. With all of the headache and stress that went into a wedding planned on such short notice, Terrie and her team graciously handled one of the biggest aspects, and helped to make the day as perfect as we could have hoped.“

“First visit today, although we live somewhat in the neighborhood and I am already kicking myself for not having got here sooner. Red tabbouleh spicing was very punchy and vivid. Allspice in the stuffed grape leaves make them worth coming back for, not something I think I've ever said about stuffed grape leaves before. Most unforgettable was the red lentil soup with its soft rich velvety texture over two or three layers of different delicious flavors. Great first impression, can't wait to go back, solid A leaning toward A+.“

I had traditional cuisine and everything was delightful. The lemon square was just sweet & sour enough, the truffle rich & dark, and the Madelines, Sandwichs, & Rasberry Tart all hit the spot. The Scone was smaller than anticipated, and is the single caveat to the experience.

“We ordered from Better Life Food for a small gathering to celebrate my son's First Communion. It was important to me that the guests feel safe, and Chris did not disappoint! Everything arrived individually wrapped. I was able to put out the cold appetizers immediately and quickly warm the hot appetizers. The individual dinners were delicious and super easy to reheat. Nothing dried out either! Chris really has this catering during COVID down to a science. Every guest thought the food was delicious, and as the host, I felt confident in my guests' safety.“

“I've been meaning to write this review for sometime, because Lisa and her staff absolutely deserve their flowers. We have used Tex's BBQ express for our annual staff cookouts for years. When we send out the invitation one of the first questions that are asked is "are we getting food from Tex's?" The staff are so polite, accommodating, and easy to work with. I am excited to use them each year for annual outings, but their food is so delicious and they make me want to host parties of my own with them on the grill. CANNOT recommend highly enough“

The food is great, always good portions and presented so nicely (and tasty too), but the service and attention to detail from the team sets them above and beyond your typical catering service. The packaging is thoughtful and the team is always more than willing to work with you to accommodate your needs and requests. They're perfect for board meetings when I need consistency and on-time delivery but also ideal for a last-minute team lunch. Last week, we held our company picnic and right when the delivery was due, we were hit with torrential downpours and a thunderstorm. When the delivery arrived, the driver was so patient and assured me he wasn't in a rush and waited for the rain to calm down but still made the effort to set up for me in the drizzle. Their newsletters highlight different team members and they have a charitable program where you can donate your rewards point to a food bank if you're a regular customer... I make it a point to visit the best donut spots in cities i visit and i still havent found a place that tops this. Get there early because they sell out. “Most don't realize that anyone can eat here. This is a true gem of a cafeteria in the basement of the BU Med student bldg. They serve incredibly great fresh Falafel based dishes and other Mediterranean faire including several vegan options. Absolutely scrumptious. They have a grill with standard various types of burger & fries including delicious vegan burgers. They usually have a variety of fresh soups that includes at least a vegan option. Huge selection of cold drinks in an extensive fridge wall. Anyone can eat here while they are open, but it seems mostly only BMC or BU staff and students are present. Their prices are incredibly affordable and a great value for large satisfying portions.“
