To be honest the food was so good that I’ll don’t mind the customer service. My experience wasn’t as bad as some of the other reviewers on here, the staff wasn’t rude or mean. Come here for the ridiculously generous roast beef sub and the delicious mocha milkshake, not for the friendliness. Service was fast efficient, and borderline sullen. The woman who sat at the register looked and acted like she would have rather been any place but where she was, and made me feel like I was an imposition. I think I tried my best to be pleasant, but it seems to make it worse. It was almost funny. But once again... food was quite good and service was swift.

It's busy at times so you sometimes have to wait however it's worth the wait. When it's very busy might consider shutting down food service side until it slows down especially when only one person is workiing.
