“Come here for the ridiculously generous roast beef sub and the delicious mocha milkshake, not for the friendliness. Service was fast efficient, and borderline sullen. The woman who sat at the register looked and acted like she would have rather been any place but where she was, and made me feel like I was an imposition. I think I tried my best to be pleasant, but it seems to make it worse. It was almost funny. But once again... food was quite good and service was swift.“

“I rate Barts Icecream an absolute 10, but when it comes to online ordering it was a little difficult in getting my order initially. BUT, after all of the hick-ups they totally redeemed themselves!!! My order was hand delivered by a company employee and it was a long ride from Boston to where I live on the NH seacoast.. After opening my box I found they added 2 additional flavors at no charge and refunded my $15.00 shipping fee. Not only the best ice cream ever ( I am an ice cream connoisseur) the best customer service as well. Thank You Barts Ice cream for helping me celebrate beating breast cancer, this was my treat to myself.“

“I ambitiously tried to deliver three delicious looking milkshakes several blocks away. I somehow got them into the car just fine and sat them on a flat surface and made it all the way to the street before they all toppled over and made the biggest mess our car had ever seen... Sadly not one milkshake survived, I could almost taste the cold creamy goodness!Beyond Disappointed, I called Ice Cream Alley and spoke to the management who were a bit shocked by my claim that not even one milkshake survived this fiasco. They also informed me that they did not provide me lids because we'd asked for whipped cream on top but they would be willing to provide us with new milkshakes upon my promise that I would bring a helping hand to ensure successful delivery.Thankfully I was able to return shortly after we performed a major passenger seat cleanup effort and retrieve the 2nd round of milkshakes. We pooled together what cash we had remaining to show our gratitude in the form of a tip cup drop and then all rejoiced while sipping some VERY YUMMY MILKSHAKES!Thank you @Ice Cream Alley for your patience and understanding! We look forward to returning in the future, perhaps for a dish next time...“

“This is located inside Yankee candle and it’s a very convenient location to get a snack after or while shopping at Yankee candle. We ordered salted caramel blondie, coconut seven layer bar, coffee coffee buzzbuzz and we were very satisfied. The creamy deliciousness of the ice cream hit ls the spot. Customer service is excellent!“

“Great hotel in a convenient location! Pros: easy access to the campus, quiet, great student (and visitor) dining options in the same building. The room was very clean and quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the pillows are super fluffy and abundant. Cons: TOO COLD. I got to my room and it was 66 degrees. I quickly found the thermostat does absolutely nothing. One morning I woke up and it was a comfortable 74 degrees in the room, but the temperature more often hovered around 69 degrees. I made frequent trips outside to warm up. Also there's a 2" gap under the door to the hallway. Conversations easily travel under the gap. I feel like a small autonomous robot could easily access the room by scooting under the door.“

“OMG this place! I can’t imagine a prettier place on earth to enjoy classic homestyle Gifford’s ice cream. They had about a million flavors to choose from and the service was super quick. Tons of shaded benches and tables to sit and enjoy the beautiful surrounding farmland scenery… Can’t wait to come again!“

“It's a hit or miss coming here. Food is 3 out of 4 times correct when it comes out, they seem to be understaffed lately and it takes a while to be seated and a little longer to be seen for drink orders. However if you don't mind the wait its fine.“
