“I ambitiously tried to deliver three delicious looking milkshakes several blocks away. I somehow got them into the car just fine and sat them on a flat surface and made it all the way to the street before they all toppled over and made the biggest mess our car had ever seen... Sadly not one milkshake survived, I could almost taste the cold creamy goodness!Beyond Disappointed, I called Ice Cream Alley and spoke to the management who were a bit shocked by my claim that not even one milkshake survived this fiasco. They also informed me that they did not provide me lids because we'd asked for whipped cream on top but they would be willing to provide us with new milkshakes upon my promise that I would bring a helping hand to ensure successful delivery.Thankfully I was able to return shortly after we performed a major passenger seat cleanup effort and retrieve the 2nd round of milkshakes. We pooled together what cash we had remaining to show our gratitude in the form of a tip cup drop and then all rejoiced while sipping some VERY YUMMY MILKSHAKES!Thank you @Ice Cream Alley for your patience and understanding! We look forward to returning in the future, perhaps for a dish next time...“
“It's a hit or miss coming here. Food is 3 out of 4 times correct when it comes out, they seem to be understaffed lately and it takes a while to be seated and a little longer to be seen for drink orders. However if you don't mind the wait its fine.“
“Mo's fudge is amazing.I live in Ohio and had it shipped twice.The cranberry chutney is wonderful.All of the different kinds of fudge I've had are great.For the people that have left bad reviews,maybe they should think of positive things.Owning a small business in this rough world is not easy.Just getting employees to listen,let alone show up for work,is amazing in itself. “I rate Barts Icecream an absolute 10, but when it comes to online ordering it was a little difficult in getting my order initially. BUT, after all of the hick-ups they totally redeemed themselves!!! My order was hand delivered by a company employee and it was a long ride from Boston to where I live on the NH seacoast.. After opening my box I found they added 2 additional flavors at no charge and refunded my $15.00 shipping fee. Not only the best ice cream ever ( I am an ice cream connoisseur) the best customer service as well. Thank You Barts Ice cream for helping me celebrate beating breast cancer, this was my treat to myself.“
