“My favorite frozen yogurt ever. I was heartbroken when they closed during the height the pandemic in 2020. I used to be a regular and I will be again. Yogurt 10/10, portion sizes 10/10, love the pints to go, 10/10 toppings and rotating flavors, 10/10 service the owner is working often and he is so nice and welcoming!!! Everyone else as well! They offer non dairy and GF options!!“

“This is the place that I've been going to lately.I've gone at least 3 times maybe 4 this time.Though. When I went during the taste,there was a worker.There male larger set in size,who was very discourteous to me.Just because I told him that I couldn't do anything with orange.In it, because I had a slight allergy to it.He tried to basically toss me out. Saying that I couldn't order their because things got crossed. Contaminated all the time wouldn't listen to anything I had to say,even when I was trying to tell him that I had been there before without any issues.Just kept trying to verbally, push me out the door if it wasn't for the female worker there,I wouldn't have been able to order anything.Restaurants and food stores need to be more accommodating to people who have allergies or require. Food accommodations,they need to stop being so condescending to those who need food changes giving us attitudes or disrespects simply because we can't have something is discourteous.And disrespectful.If you can't accommodate us,put a sign out saying that you can't do so.Rather than waiting for us to come in and say something.And then causing a scene.Especially when it's only one worker who has an issue and not all the workers,it's embarrassing.And it's disrespectful to us as customers.It's worse when we know that we're being lied to and we know we can be accommodated And it's a simple fact that you just don't want to. I like the fact that I can choose between coconut or almond. For my milk, I also like that. I can mix flavors. They've been very accommodating for this at least when I can find with the female workers
When I do my teas. This time around, though I tried to do a slushy. Unfortunately, it didn't actually turn out a slushy, at least not the kind I'm used to. It kind of slashes I'm used to are pure. Ice with flavor this was more of like a milk like type slushy, i mean, there was ice, but not a lot, i had to add more ice when I got home, and even though I asked for mixed flavor and it wasn't mixed the way I wanted, I asked for strawberry and peach, but there was way more strawberry than there was peach. I couldn't really taste peach. I'm not sure if this is how they do their slushies. I think I'm probably going to stick to my usual drinks. I do like their food, though they're buns. I've tried those at least 2 or 3 times I like that. I can get those here. I would say the only one I don't like when it comes to the food is the sticky rice with the seaweed. I mean, I like sticky rice, just not the seaweed part, not a fan seaweed. The past drinks that I've gotten have been
Dragon fruit? Where's mango and almond milk? Which was okay? I put it that way because it was a new thing for me to try. I'd never mix those kind of flavors before.
I believe I also did mango and strawberry.
And then they're was peach and dragonflies.
I always added almond milk. Since you guys don't have coconut.
It would be really nice if you guys had more flavors to work with.“

“Creamy Delight soft serve ice cream, is REAL ice cream! The owner uses local, real milk that has 10% butterfat. No “fillers.” Her ice cream is simply the best soft serve ice cream I have ever had, and it’s worth the 30 minute drive from our house to buy her ice cream!!!! “Ice cream was fantastic. If you're not a city person, you should probably go during the daytime. They have an outdoor area to sit and eat but it's not well lit, and there was a poor person digging through the trash to find leftovers to eat. Thankfully an employee brought him something to eat. That was very nice. Also make sure you use the restroom before going as they do not have public bathrooms.“

It's like the owners are the Wonka of Ice Cream, always inventing new ways to make the best ice cream. I have been a life long Herrell's ice cream fan, and so glad they are expanding. My mother makes sure to come to Herrell's whenever she visits the area, and says the biggest downside to living in New York is... no Herrell's Ice Cream!“

“honestly not worth it for 30 dollars and 3 hour wait time. I went this past weekend after 7 years away. And they still have a lot of the same animatronics and barely any "actors" every stop only had 1-2 "scare actors" if you would even call it that. There was just one guy that would stroll through the line with a light up toy chainsaw ( their busiest night ) lots of empty spots with no scare. 3 actors the whole hay ride. The only one trying was Chuckie honestly. need to update the animatronics , dirty and some deflated . Walked through the haunted house no one was there, only towards the end maybe 2 more actors. For the price and location- western ma deserves better.“
