“honestly not worth it for 30 dollars and 3 hour wait time. I went this past weekend after 7 years away. And they still have a lot of the same animatronics and barely any "actors" every stop only had 1-2 "scare actors" if you would even call it that. There was just one guy that would stroll through the line with a light up toy chainsaw ( their busiest night ) lots of empty spots with no scare. 3 actors the whole hay ride. The only one trying was Chuckie honestly. need to update the animatronics , dirty and some deflated . Walked through the haunted house no one was there, only towards the end maybe 2 more actors. For the price and location- western ma deserves better.“

“Creamy Delight soft serve ice cream, is REAL ice cream! The owner uses local, real milk that has 10% butterfat. No “fillers.” Her ice cream is simply the best soft serve ice cream I have ever had, and it’s worth the 30 minute drive from our house to buy her ice cream!!!! I humbly consider myself a soft serve ice cream connoisseur, having eaten ice cream from New York City to Boston and Vermont. 5 Stars for Creamy Delight! Absolutely gorgeous setting on Rte 47 in Hadley looking up at Skinner Mountain and the “Seven Sisters” mountains. No soft serve ice cream compares to Creamy Delight, and she’s open till November 2nd!!“

“It is great to order something basic and have it be outstanding. I had a large sundae with vanilla soft serve, pineapple topping, whipped cream with a cherry. The soft serve has excellent flavor and perfect texture. The pineapple topping was tasty. They make their own whipped cream and it is a difference maker. While not a new customer, the simple option showed how really good this place is!“

“My wife and I decided Ice Cream is what's for dinner! Jumped in the car and drove 50 minutes to Roger's Place. The line was down the side walk a bit but that's to be expected on a Saturday evening in the summer, but fear not the fine ice cream slingers behind the window slayed that line in no time. Our first time at this spot, and we got the traditional vanilla creemee dipped in chocolate, and the Blueberry cobbler bucket size large of course 😆. Great looking, Awesome tasting creemee creations. Thanks Roger's Place for helping us celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary weekend ❤“

“My favorite frozen yogurt ever. I was heartbroken when they closed during the height the pandemic in 2020. I used to be a regular and I will be again. Yogurt 10/10, portion sizes 10/10, love the pints to go, 10/10 toppings and rotating flavors, 10/10 service the owner is working often and he is so nice and welcoming!!! Everyone else as well! They offer non dairy and GF options!!“

The apple cider milkshake was so good. The chocolate peanut butter and s’mores campfire was out of this world! Please come here if you want legit creamy ice cream for a great price!“

“I just started going there last summer, it’s about 20 minutes from my house but I make the commute almost everyday for there corn! It is AMAZING!!! I always do a garden over the summer and I am so excited to buy there veggie plants and flowers this year ☺️ definitely recommend going, the staff are always nice and there produce is always fresh!“

Update on this establishment: it’s still one of the best places to dine in and eat the chicken quesadillas are extremely good“

“I’m not even exaggerating when I say Friendly’s just served me the greatest ice cream known to humanity. I had gone to another place first, and the ice cream was so horrible I genuinely started questioning every decision that had led me there. The texture? Criminal. The flavor? Disrespectful. My happiness? GONE.
Then I remembered my trusted Friendly’s. I walked in emotionally defeated, ordered my ice cream, and took that first bite… LIFE CHANGING. I swear the clouds parted, angels started singing, and my depression packed its bags and moved out. This wasn’t just ice cream—it was a spiritual experience, a warm hug for my soul, and possibly the greatest moment of my entire existence.
10/10. 5 stars. Would trust Friendly’s with my life. Friendly’s didn’t just serve me ice cream. Friendly’s saved me.
