Quality product and friendly staff makes this an annual opening weekend, 3 generation tradition as well as throughout the summer.“
“Perfect place for a kid’s party! We held two birthday parties there today, back to back. The kids all entertained themselves easily with all of the video games and making their own sundaes. Everyone had a great time and the ice cream was great! Amazing service, the staff is so nice to work with.“

That being said - it’s a bit pricey compared to the places we frequent but they’re open in the winter and we’re ice cream lovers so it is what it is for the winter ??♀️ service was mostly kind. They did seem annoyed by us deciding what we wanted but we haven’t been there before and there’s a plethora of options (and there was no one behind us.) Perhaps engaging with the customer and asking if they need a minute or even better, asking if you’ve been there before and if not, making some suggestions would’ve been a welcomed interaction. All in all 4/5. We will return for the winter. :)“
“I love their chili cheese dogs with onions! Always tasty so fresh. Great service. Buns are fresh and steamed. Dogs are made of beef, shredded cheddar cheese and chopped onions. I also tried there. White chocolate mocha shake & that too was delicious!“
“My dad grew up in Chicopee and wanted to visit some old haunts including Mr. Cone while we were in the area. While his feedback was that it was good but "not as good as it used to be", I loved it! My mom and daughter really enjoyed their cones, their large cone is HUGE. Nice and creamy and well priced for what you get.“

“Nice little spot for hard and soft serve ice cream, located on the side of Frankie and Johnny's Pizza. I believe they serve Hood brand ice cream, rather than making their own, but it is pretty good. Seating is all outside on a few benches on the edge of the parking lot, which is better than nothing, but could be a whole lot better. Staff are friendly and portions are generous for the reasonable prices.“
“Rogers Ice cream may look sketchy from the outside, but don't judge a book by its cover here. We've been here a handful of times in both summer and winter and have always had a great experience. They give you so much ice cream for what you spend. A Junior is essentially a large size anywhere else and their ice cream is delicious and creamy. We are avid ice cream lovers and this is one of our favorite spots! The staff is super helpful and fast too! 10/10 recommend.“
“Great food and frappes! Really gives you that taste of Puerto Rico culture that I've been missing since I moved here from the island. It's been since hurricane Maria I've been here and I was looking for a place to make great frappes. I tried a few spots and they just weren't it. Thank you que frappe for existing! “Friendly's is such a nostalgic place to be. Not what it was but still worth it. Our server was AMAZING! (I forgot her name, sorry!) We came in towards the end of her shift and she was still so nice and welcoming! We stayed for a little and talked a bit with her as she was cleaning up. There was no rush, no feeling of get out, nothing. Just personable and kind. About an hour after we left my 10yo realized he forgot his favorite watch on the table. I went back hoping for a miracle but preparing him for the worst. She found it and left it at the register with her coworkers! I was sad she had left by then, I would have loved to thank her personally but... Needless to say, we'll always be back. Next time hoping she's our server again.“
“I stopped in during the Suffield on the Green celebration. For some reason, I really wanted a creamy, cold, ice cream and Scoup Du Jour did Not disappoint! I spoke with one of the servers about how crazy busy the shop was that weekend. She gave me a delicious sundae with fresh ice creme and delicious peanut butter topping. They have a nice selection of toppings for such a small place. Parking is interesting, either park in the small lot in front or the bigger lot in back. There are a few benches in the front of the building to eat your ice creme and watch traffic flow by. They are closed now, due to the winter months, but I am looking forward to visiting again in March!“

“By the rotary and at the end of a walking trail is The Depot.Been a while since I've been in the area but this charming space houses wooded interiors reminiscent of early 19th century design.Water and a large dirty latte costs only about 6 USD - which is a steal compared to California.The bathroom is roomy, nice, and simple. The place is quite clean despite the rustic appeal. Not too sure what their clientele is but the gents I've seen were nice and the staff has been friendly and open to clarifying orders. Worth a try and see if you like the cafe snacks.“
“With the closure of so many classic Friendly’s locations in this area, the birth land of the chain it’s nice to see it hanging on with a fresh new take on the Friendly’s restaurant concept.I placed a mobile order after using the bright and clean restroom and my food was delivered promptly after a short and comfortable wait on the provided bench.I ordered a burger with fries and a peanut butter sundae. The burger patty was large, well cooked, hot, and juicy. The vegetebles (lettuce, tomato, red onion) were fresh—although I’d recommend asking for extra if you really like them. Cheese was extra, but a necessity. Perfectly melty.Overall very satisfied and will return when in the area“
“We come to this Friendly's fairly often and tend to usually get Michelle or Ann as our waitresses. They are both amazing and very welcoming, especially to those with families or who like to strike up conversation! Our food here always comes out hot, the store is maintained well, and the bathrooms are usually pretty clean. :)“
