Moma Jaqs is a terrific place with great vibes, known for top-quality ice cream, both hard and soft serve. The unique bubble waffle sundae and ube crinkle cookies are must-tries. They also offer a delicious halo halo, though not on the menu, it's worth asking for. The newly renovated premises are fresh and clean, though a bigger sign would help visibility. Family-owned and operated.
