They say customer service comes from the top. Considering the manager is condescending and indignant, the rude staff makes complete sense. We have always been patrons, but after this evening,The Sea Grill is off the list. The manager was even willing to cancel our future reservations. When we expressed our dismay at subpar entrees. I’m glad that business is so good that repeat customers don’t matter.
I Do think is the best restaurant in Nantucket soooo good !!! Everyone are nice and food and drinks are amazing
My husband and I make a dinner reservation every August and they never disappoint! The scallops wrapped in bacon is perfect for us to share, and we split the surf and turf. Dessert usually comes home to enjoy later! Definitely come for a great meal!
