Oh pickle plate is a must - classic sweet to the unexpected root veg and snow pea mix. Great beers new and old. The bartender Mike brings it. He's cool and chill and makes the best subtle recommendations. Great fun to talk with. Great music, great vibe. Already planing a trip back for the reuben. Simple menu done right.“

“We stopped in on the way home from the airport, and it was amazing! From the moment we walked in the door, we felt welcomed. The atmosphere and food were awesome. I highly recommend the Mickey’s Chicken special and the red sangria which was a deep dark red- as sangria should be. Yum! My children loved our Irish waitress who Made them laugh and feel special. This restaurant is over an hour from where we live, but there is no doubt we will travel back often. Wonderful experience!“

“It's definitely on the more expensive side of Mexican food throughout the Boston area. Nevertheless service had no faults, and the food was incredible. The Birria Tacos and Nachos are a must-try. Also, there wasn't a wait for my table but if you come at six or seven, there will probably be a wait.“

“A hidden gem that opened last year and now our weekly go-to for Japanese - sashimi, sushi, ramen and poke bowls. The staff is very friendly and the owner, Anna, makes you feel so at home. The sashimi/sushi are fresh, delicious and prepared beautifully. The cocktails are creative and well made - mai tais, pistachio martinis, you name it. The kids (and adults) enjoy various fruit teas/slushees with optional boba. They also offer Chinese and Thai food on the menu. Staples like beef teriyaki sticks, sichuan fried rice or tangerine beef are must haves and often added to our meals with lots of leftovers to go home with. Highly recommend Wasabi Asian Bistro&Bar to anyone looking for great Asian food.“

“On a very busy Saturday night, we enjoyed dinner with another couple. The next day, I discovered that I had lost my money clip with cash. Not sure where I could have lost it, I contacted Victory Lane, as a long shot. Well, I received a call that they had my money clip and I could pick it up at the bar. To my shock, the money was still in the clip! I told the barmaid how unbelievable it was that after two days, it was recovered in tact. “Very busy Saturday night service at the Moody Street Waltham location but the waitress, bartender and kitchen timed everything perfectly. Loved the ginger mojito and Hemingway Daiquiri. Table a shared Squash blossom salad, beef empanadas, pork tacos and lamb chops. Salad, empanadas and tacos stood out. Pan roasted chicken dish was fantastic and other family/friends raved about the bass and yuca fries didn't disappoint. We split the churros and loved them too. Easy parking behind building (free after 6pm). We will return :-)“

“Went to this restaurant after seeing it featured on Phantom Gourmet and my husband and myself left full of good food. The food was tasty and came to our table ready to eat and the service was great! They gave us everything we needed in a timely manner. The restaurant was on a smaller scale but we got a table pretty quickly without making a reservation. We even had the dessert of the strawberry shaved ice which had a bowl that was big enough to easily feed the two of us and it was very delicious!“
