I was at the Kung Fu tea location at the Natick Collection, this afternoon. While my daughter was waiting for her tea, a female employee, walked in, and without washing her hands, went straight to work. There is no soap or dishwashing facility on their premises, and they do nothing more than rinse the mixing equipment in water, between customers.
