“They have THE NICEST EMPLOYEES HERE!! I work at a nearby hospital & every time I come in they are so genuinely kind & it’s such a breath of fresh air!! “Dunkin donuts is a good place in general, but it has such unhealthy food that I don't go there much at ALL. They put an insane amount of sugar in their drinks, Some of their coffees have over 100 grams of sugar ONE HUNDRED. I don't know who wants to drink half a cup of sugar not me. The only reason I gave four stars was because it's fun to drive past on the highway with the bright colored sign.

Kid-friendliness: Kids love sugar, so not a bad move for a birthday.

“Just went here for the first time ever and WOW! First off, omg amazing donuts - I've had a lot of donuts and these are sooo good, they have just moved to the top of my book! Second, everyone in there (and waiting on the sidewalk) was so friendly! It is like this place emits good vibes and puts everyone in a good mood. A truly wonderful experience! Oh and third, surprisingly good coffee - you never know what you are going to get from a basic drip coffee maker but it was good! Thank you all for turning my grumpy morning (I had forgotten my coffee at home, which was the whole reason I went in there in the first place) into a lovely day!“

“We used Union Square Donuts catering as a dessert option for our wedding in Cambridge, and they were tremendous. We had a donut wall to go alongside our wedding cake and it was a big hit with our guests. They provided us with a tasting box months prior to the event so we were able to choose the flavors we wanted for the wedding, including a vegan option for certain guests. We would highly recommend hiring Union Square Donuts to add a special touch to any private event!“

I ordered the Dubai chocolate donut and forgot to pick it up the next day and I messaged them on Instagram and they were kind enough to replace it for free and they even threw in an extra donut. “We tried two flavors as part of a Boston underground donut tour. So they were brought to a table, my tour guide in pieces ready for us to share. We tried the brown butter cruller and a hibiscus glazed yeast doughnut. I thought both were excellent. The cruller was awesome that morning when it was fresh, but I took some leftover samples home and I could definitely tell by the end of the day It was dry and didn't taste as good. The cherry and hibiscus glazed doughnut fared better throughout the day. we had an excellent experience and the donuts were very fresh and tasty. The unique flavors are an awesome novelty to try. I like the atmosphere of the food court and it has a clean restroom available as well, with a reasonable amount of seating.“

“Delicious cappuccino, and the donuts are WAY better than Dunkin! Their blueberry tasted homemade. They also have lemon filled and other fun ones.

I love that it’s a drive through.

They also, surprisingly, have a selection of bigelow teas, and I got a cranberry apple! Enjoyed it in front of a fireplace with friends.

“Ordered the strawberry yogurt slush and it was truly amazing! I chose the lowest sugar level and you can really taste the fresh fruit in there (the natural strawberry aroma). The yogurt is creamy and flavorful, and the crystal boba (not sure if that’s the name, the slightly crunchy one) in the drink is fresh too.

“I thought that this place was very pleasant compared to a lot of places in the area. We actually went here by accident (meaning to go to the one in Canton), but glad we did. Food was hot, even better than my usual store 30 minutes away and they're pretty good.“

Our favorites are vanilla glaze, everything donut, and the Apple fritter. Sometimes they have savory tarts which are SO good. We especially love the pride donuts they have every June. Blackbird employees are always so friendly and welcoming as well, which is also appreciated. Blackbird also delivers through DoorDash, and the donuts are always delivered fresh. The Newton location does not have a bathroom, fyi but that does not detract from the amazing food! Thank you Blackbird for being such a wonderful addition to our community!“

“I'm so happy they opened a Honey dew right on route 109 Millis. It's so convenient. There's a gas station / convenient store. It's a pretty big convenient store. Honey dew has a sitting area you can sit,enjoy your breakfast, and there's bathrooms too. When I tell you that's your one stop, get everything you need store , you won't be disappointed. “Got the brown butter hazlenut crunch donut -10/10. I'm normally not even a big donut person, but this was possibly the best donut I've ever had. The softest inside with the best icing/topping!! Iced latte was disappointing only bc they were out of whole milk so the barista made it with half and half but there was so much that the whole drink just tasted like cream :(“

“Received a DD gift card for Mothers day 2020 from my Gdot, so I used it at 1200 Hyde Park Ave location around 2:50 pm 5/18/ 20 where I was patronized by a very nice latino woman to be specific, ordering the back by popular demand Butter Pecan Iced Coffee, and the new to me Protien Muffin, who she had the food attendant gentlemen working with her retrieve, let me also remind you that during these Covid-19 times, I saw that I had to go inside due to no drive thru available. That was the best service I was given in years, my order in front of me within one minute, and the Muffin was bakery fresh, with the Iced Coffee made to perfection. What I fabulous team they have working here.“
