“Dunkin donuts is a good place in general, but it has such unhealthy food that I don't go there much at ALL. They put an insane amount of sugar in their drinks, Some of their coffees have over 100 grams of sugar ONE HUNDRED. I don't know who wants to drink half a cup of sugar not me. The only reason I gave four stars was because it's fun to drive past on the highway with the bright colored sign.

Kid-friendliness: Kids love sugar, so not a bad move for a birthday.

Second, everyone in there (and waiting on the sidewalk) was so friendly! It is like this place emits good vibes and puts everyone in a good mood. A truly wonderful experience! Oh and third, surprisingly good coffee - you never know what you are going to get from a basic drip coffee maker but it was good! “This place is so cute and cozy! The options to eat and drink are huge! Tere's a corner to sit, a massive selection of Asian snacks, and many sweet treats that try. We had a donut wall to go alongside our wedding cake and it was a big hit with our guests. They provided us with a tasting box months prior to the event so we were able to choose the flavors we wanted for the wedding, including a vegan option for certain guests. “We tried two flavors as part of a Boston underground donut tour. So they were brought to a table, my tour guide in pieces ready for us to share. We tried the brown butter cruller and a hibiscus glazed yeast doughnut. I thought both were excellent. The cruller was awesome that morning when it was fresh, but I took some leftover samples home and I could definitely tell by the end of the day It was dry and didn't taste as good. The cherry and hibiscus glazed doughnut fared better throughout the day. we had an excellent experience and the donuts were very fresh and tasty. The unique flavors are an awesome novelty to try. I like the atmosphere of the food court and it has a clean restroom available as well, with a reasonable amount of seating.“

They also, surprisingly, have a selection of bigelow teas, and I got a cranberry apple! Enjoyed it in front of a fireplace with friends.

“Ordered the strawberry yogurt slush and it was truly amazing! I chose the lowest sugar level and you can really taste the fresh fruit in there (the natural strawberry aroma). The yogurt is creamy and flavorful, and the crystal boba (not sure if that’s the name, the slightly crunchy one) in the drink is fresh too.

“Best donuts in the area! Their donuts are incredible in flavor. They’re light, fluffy, and delicious - my kids request them every week! Our favorites are vanilla glaze, everything donut, and the Apple fritter. Sometimes they have savory tarts which are SO good. We especially love the pride donuts they have every June. Blackbird employees are always so friendly and welcoming as well, which is also appreciated. Blackbird also delivers through DoorDash, and the donuts are always delivered fresh. The Newton location does not have a bathroom, fyi but that does not detract from the amazing food! Thank you Blackbird for being such a wonderful addition to our community!“

“I'm so happy they opened a Honey dew right on route 109 Millis. It's so convenient. There's a gas station / convenient store. It's a pretty big convenient store. Honey dew has a sitting area you can sit,enjoy your breakfast, and there's bathrooms too. When I tell you that's your one stop, get everything you need store , you won't be disappointed. “this Duncan is in the most awkward spot of the town. The entrance is very weird. The parking lot is very narrow upon walking inside. Notice employees are scattering around like they don’t have a destination or assigned locations. This Dunkins definitely needs to be improved. Highly suggest manager talk to employees and have them placed in designated locations to perform work efforts. it’s very important that you have your employees understand that their job is to be placed at certain locations of the building so this way your employees are not scattering around. I sat inside the store for a half an hour and watch your workers do their job as I do Google reviews based on negative reviews which draws my attention to the location when I had walked in I was not greeted as it’s very important to greet every customer that walks in through your doors even when you are working the registers, it’s very important for the register employee to acknowledge new customers or any customer coming in to greet them as they are attending to another very important to greet customers as you are attending another to show that you are appreciated the thought of them coming into your location and welcome them in with hospitality as I watch your workers. Your workers were not designated and we’re trying to perform other employees task. Hope to come back and see that there are some changes.“

“The Dunkin’ Donuts in Arlington is truly exceptional. Aziz and his team are unbelievably kind, efficient, and dedicated—they consistently go above and beyond in everything they do. I used to watch Aziz greet customers by name, always followed by a warm “my friend,” and before I knew it, I became one of them. 🥹

It’s such a special feeling to walk into a place where you can feel the sense of community. The entire staff is tremendous—friendly, professional, and always attentive. I really need to make a point to learn more of their names, because every single person there contributes to the welcoming atmosphere and consistent quality.
