“Decent food with good portion sizes. though pricey!
The Japanese dishes are pricey.
The place gets packed at night especially the weekends. Inside is a bit too tight with not enough room to move at times. It’s relatively too small.
Either remove tables & chairs or get another place. It does get noisy when there’s lot of people considering how packed it gets at times.
Service was acceptable though it needs more staffers.
Difficult to find street parking.
Clean shared bathrooms.“

“We made reservations online for the Omaska. It was $300 which broke down to $120 per person with tip and tax. The tables were perfectly space out. They gave us a 2 hour limit which was enough time for the 12 course Omaska. Presentation on everything was amazing. Each course was fresh and delicious in their own way. It was hard to hear the man over his mask so I couldn't get any names. We had uni, tuna belly, scallops, and more. All the Courses were small but packed with favor. You can take there was attention to detail in the ingredients and presentation. Definitely, worth the money was a special event like a birthday. Would definitely come back“

“I stopped in here while traveling. Wow, I happened upon a great spot! The place was packed when I walked in around 6pm. People were frequently in and out grabbing to go orders. I knew I must be at a good restaurant and boy was I right! I sat at the bar that was well stocked, unfortunately I couldn't drink this night. I ordered green chicken curry and went to the bathroom, by the time I got back it was sitting on the bar already. I couldn't believe how fast they were. The food was great and staff was friendly. Most restaurants could learn from these folks.“

“I don't write many reviews. For me to write a review a restaurant has to be either really bad and amazingly good. Sugar and spice is amazingly good Thai food! My wife says it was the best pad thai she's ever had. My son had the tamarind duck, which I sampled, and I had the kanom jean nam ngaio (see pics). Both were sooo good. Creamy Tum Yum Noodle Soup: The Tum Yum soup broth was exactly authentic. It provided a strong taste of both tangy and spicy, exciting my taste buds and increasing my appetite. As for the ingredients, shrimps were fresh and bouncy, char-siu slices were crunchy but not greasy, while the lime added extra zing to the soup.
But to be frank, unfortunately I could still taste the gamey smell from the refrigerated pork, even though it had been that heavily seasoned.“

“Thai Thani is hands down the best local Thai restaurant in the Norwood area. I've tried other Thai restaurants close by, and Thai Thani is the definitely the best! Their portion sizes are extremely generous and the food is always hot and fresh. The lunch specials are great and anytime I've gotten dinner from there, I always have plenty of leftovers for the next day. The owners are great and are fantastic chefs! My go to is the Tofu Massaman Curry, but their Pad Thai is amazing too! I would highly recommend Thai Thani to anyone looking for authentic Thai cuisine. You will not be disappointed!“

“Somtum is my family's favorite place for takeout when we want to treat ourselves. My husband and I went to Thailand on our honeymoon, and every time we order from here, it takes us back. He's a regular with green curry or drunken noodles. I love the Tom Kha coconut soup and the Larb salad. My kids don't like spice but they love the crispy pad thai. Don't sleep on the Thai iced tea- it should come with a warning label, because it's addictive.“

“Read the online reviews and decided to give this place a try. It was very good. We liked everything we ordered- mango sticky rice, blue elephant matchsticks, fried egg rice, orange chicken, chicken satay. We ordered lots to try different dishes. Picky eaters were happy too. Not a lot of seating, but nice interior. Front door let's the cold air inside, keep your jacket handy. Friendly and competent staff, food was delivered quickly for made-to-order.“

PLEASE PUT ME DOWN OR I WILL CALL THE POLICE! THIS IS YOUR SECOND WARNING, I AM ABOUT TO CALL THE POLICE.” and I decided that this stupid joke wasn’t worth getting arrested for and at that point I was too annoyed to pay the dollar to unlock the bike to ride it a grand total of about 30 feet for a joke photo that the owner of the shop would justifiably get mad at me for anyway, so I left the bike there and just had lunch instead (Bangkok-style veggie pad thai, they told me it would take 15 minutes but then it was ready in about 1.5 minutes, so that was nice) and it was delicious. “This is a go to spot for me. I love the food. This time, I came for lunch and I veered from my usual pad woon sen and got some garlic shrimp bowl. They were shrimpy on the shrimp only giving 4, as pictured. Nevertheless, the food was absolutely delicious and the sauce was the perfect amount. I will get this again. I hope there's more shrimp with the dinner price.“

I also asked for the Thai green curry to be mild and they did that too. My partner had sweet and sour chicken (not gf) and also really enjoyed it. I would recommend to everyone for a great meal.“

Our first time in; We dined in on a Wednesday and was instantly greeted and sat to a table with a menu. The atmosphere here is very welcoming and feels like I’m going to a family’s house for a wholesome home cooked meal. (And a great music playlist might I add)
We ordered quite a bit, thai rolls, chicken pho, lomein, pork fried rice! Everything came out quickly while still being hot, rich in flavor and overall better than most if not all similar restaurants in the Boston area.
If you’re in a debate, definitely check this place out! Will be back again and thank you to the staff and chef!🍜“
